In this house, there is a large living room for gatherings, a dining room and bar area together that seat 20, and a large, modern kitchen to manage every meal. There are two large refrigerators, both with ice makers, two microwaves, and a fully equipped laundry room. The dock also includes a small refrigerator and a kitchenette for drinks and snacks throughout the day. The two-story dock includes a very large sundeck and all composite decking. We also provide the features we most appreciated as renters which include a covered boat lift for a ski boat (up to 8,000 lbs), jet ski lifts, and side docking for a pontoon boat. We have extra lifejackets and a Rubber Dockey for water fun. There are four Roku equipped TV's set for your streaming needs, including a 75" TV in the game room.No worries for a rainy day.
