Our cozy 4 bedroom home will be the perfect getaway for families, couples or ladies getaways. We are located in the heart of Sugarcreek with easy access to restaurants, bakeries, shopping, wineries, entertainment and cheese.There are 4 upstairs bedrooms (3 Queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 kids tent with twin mattress). Full bath upstairs, with shower and tub.Downstairs we have a daybed and trundle, which can accommodate 2 people. This is helpful for those that do not feel comfortable walking up the steps. Downstairs full bath includes a shower only.The large living area has plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy the 52" HD smart television with Hulu/Netflix accounts. High speed Wi-Fi is included. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge, coffee pot and toaster. Basic pots and pans, along with dishes are provided. The dining room can seat 6 people with plenty of room to eat in the living area also. Nice patio with small tables and chairs and a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The custom kitchen has high end appliances and finishing's... fully stocked for all your cooking needs! The kitchen leads into the dining room area that has a table with seating for 6 and lots of windows for enjoying the outdoor views. There is also a sitting nook by a fireplace for enjoying your morning coffee. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and is located on the main floor. The ensuite bath has a soaker tub and a large walk in tile shower with heated floors. Enjoy a heated towel rack and dimmers on the lighting to create a spa like experience during your stay! The first floor laundry has a stacked washer and dryer and is located off the bedroom as well with access to the outdoor living space. Upstairs you will find another washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a workspace with a desk set up in the open area if you need a private spot to get some work done while visiting. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with King beds and there own full baths. You will have a walk-in tile shower and heated towel warmers and access to outdoor rooftop sitting area to enjoy!
