There is also an outdoor bar with heaters, a sports court for basketball lovers, and an outdoor shower. New fire pit coming for summer pics to follow! Other perks include central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, water filtration system, Peloton bike, beach chairs and corn hole boards.This 2500+ square foot home features 4 bedrooms on the second floor; one bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bottom/twin top, one bedrooms has a full bed and twin bunk beds, and there are two rooms with queen beds. There’s a full bathroom upstairs as well.The first floor features a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed, adjacent to a master bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and laundry. It is also attached to an office space that is furnished with a crib.Additional first-floor features include an original eat-in kitchen that has been recently upgraded, while still keeping that Cape Cod charm and design from a local builder. Open concept informal dining room and living room with stone hearth fireplace is the perfect place to gather after a lovely day at the beach, or after spending the day downtown exploring Sandwich and the rest of Cape Cod’s charm.A newly renovated basement suite includes an additional bedroom with a full bed, a futon, a desk, and a full bathroom this is perfect for older children, grandparents, or bringing a sitter along. You'll love quiet walks on the beach, Cape Cod bay, and the sunrises & sunsets. The house is perfect for entertaining with an open air deck, natural gas BBQ (no propane tanks needed!), a drink rail to enjoy your favorite beverage while taking in the views, and a covered porch with plenty of seating and a TV for year-round enjoyment (screened-in in the summer, glassed enclosed for the winter). The chef's kitchen provides all the cookware you need (yes, we have a lobster pot!) and high-end appliances including two dishwashers because no one should have to do dishes on vacation. The 5 cable TVs (with options to access your streaming apps) give everyone the space they need to enjoy their favorite programming when you're not outside enjoying the natural beauty of the area. Because we believe in making vacation easy, we supply all the linens you need - bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have beach chairs and beach toys for use during your stay. The bedrooms are cozy and bright with ample space for sleeping 12 and different options for sleeping arrangements. 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 sets of built-in bunk beds (4 Twin XLs). Additionally, there's a chaise lounger in the master bedroom and office and a pull out couch (full bed) in the bunk room.While not shown in the photos, all the bedrooms and the bunk room do have window curtains/coverings. There's a nice walking path accessible through the backside of the house that goes along Scorton Creek. There is plenty of parking available - up to 6 cars if needed. If you are looking for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation with modern amenities, access to the beach, beautiful views - you've found it!Note that for security purposes and to support adherence to our max guest count and no pet rule, we have a ring doorbell camera.
