Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, you will have quick access to 7 world class ski resorts, countless hikes, highway access, and multiple options for shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes from SLC International airport.The entire house is yours to make it feel like home! This house was recently remodeled to provide a cozy mountain retreat for you and your guests. The house is spacious and includes 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with new appliances, a separate game room including a ping pong table, 3 HD 4K smart TV’s and high speed internet to access all of your streaming apps. Also an entertainer’s backyard fit for all ages. Soothe your sore muscles after a long day of skiing in an extra-large soaking tub located on the main floor. In addition to the 6 beds, there is a full-size memory foam air mattress located downstairs in the far north closet. You are welcome to use the extra blankets, sheets and pillows also located in this closet. You will have full use of the washer and dryer where laundry soap and dryer sheets are available.Behind the laundry room door, you will find a collapsible table and chairs for setting up a dedicated workspace in any room.There is a backup generator. If the power goes out, it will automatically turn on and you won't even notice a disruption in power. There is a carbon monoxide/smoke detector outside of the common area/rooms on each level. There is a smoke detector inside each bedroom above the entryway. There is a FIRE EXTINGUSHER under the kitchen sink and one downstairs in the laundry room.You are welcome to park in the driveway which can easily fit 4 small cars or 3 big cars. There is no garage access. Do not park on the street. Do not block the sidewalk.Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are a possibility of ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going to from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts we have a pest control service to service all of our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. We perform a thorough deep clean between each stay, however guests with pet allergies or sensitivities should consider this when booking.RULES1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken. 2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count.3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with pre-approval and nightly fee of $25. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies.4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE to compensate the cleaners for rearranging their schedule. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared. 5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule.I just live 15 minutes away so I am available if needed.
