If there is any excessive dog hair, stains or damage to the linens or furniture, there will be fees applied to compensate for additional necessary cleaning. - Clean up after your dog.- Dogs must be on a leash at all times. - Do not leave pets unattended inside or outside.- Not all hikes are pet friendly so please check trail guides.PARKING:We have one car garage and 2 cars can park in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.ADDITIONAL INFO:- Our property is a family-friendly house and we did our best to add a child safety feature. But please do not leave children unattended as our home is located at the cliff.- During winter season, we are getting more snow compare to other area. So please check the forecast and be prepare for the snow. BOOKING RULES:- You must be 25 to book- The person who booked must be present at the property for the duration of the reservationHOUSE RULES:- Please remove shoes at the home's entrance- No parties or large gathering ($500 fine)- No smoking- No fireworks or open fire- Please refrain from playing loud music- Use of fire pit is prohibited during the burn ban period(usually summer). Burn ban sign will be out for indication. - Quite hours 10pm - 8am.
