Lake ConRoy Manor is a mini resort to say the least! The house is a 4 bedroom and 3 bath, with a 5th bedroom in a cute, cubby loft. Please note the 5th bed/loft is accessed via short wall ladder just inside front door (see pictures). The home also has a big front porch as well as a nice size screened-in back porch off the living room, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, plus Master BR off kitchen has a private porch. Pool table and dart board are located in front living area as you enter the home, plus a huge kitchen and dining room bar. And our pool table has a custom table top that can be utilized for up to 10 to dine together seating is stools though. Our Manor Home sits on 5 acres and is completely fenced in, however, please note a portion of the outdoor areas such as the private swimming pond, sand volleyball, horse shoes, etc. are shared spaces with two other rental units on the property.
