Our luxury Monument Beach, water view villa is a newly built property and it has all of the upscale amenities to offer. You may enjoy the water views sitting on the spacious porch or while enjoying your dinner in the dining area. The master suite has a beautiful balcony to enjoy the views while sipping your morning cup of coffee. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths central AC , outdoor grill, outdoor grill and an open concept kitchen to enjoy! Walk to the beach, to the ice cream shop, bakery and the pizza place or play tennis or basketball with the family near the playground. This home is unique and will give you a summer memories for a lifetime!We offer 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs with the full bathrooms for each bedroom guests.
