This is a large 3 bedroom on the top floor of a stacked duplex (the lower level is a completely separate unit). Each unit has a private entrance and deck. The fenced yard and fire pit are shared spaces.You will be surprised at how spacious and comfortable the layout is. There is a large living room as well as a lounge area, dining room and huge kitchen which leads out to a private deck. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway-both bathrooms are newly remodeled. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and we provide many basics. There is also a laundry area with new washer and dryer. All the bedrooms have remotely operated ceiling fan/lights. Driveway parking on-premises.
