Great place to stay. Since it’s an old house, it’s a bit noisy. You can hear everything in the adjoining rooms and common area. Other than that, it was awesome.

This place needs a remodel. Still using compact florescent light bulbs in the rooms when led bulbs cost $1 now. Plus it was 0 degrees out and the attached bathroom/shower had no heater duct so it was 10 degrees F trying to shower in room 43. I won’t stay here again

Sink into a welcoming, immaculately kept charming experience. I was warmly greeted and enjoyed how everywhere I looked there was attention to detail. I felt like I was a guest of very gracious hospitable host; the decor, luxurious bedding, thoughtfully equipped bath, delicious breakfast. Yes, there was fast wifi, good lighting, available electric plugs but no, you won't find a mini fridge or microwave or work desk -- and isn't that nice for a change? I want to ho back to Bloomington just to stay at the Grant Street Inn.

Great service and perfect location - short walk to campus and Kirkwood. It’s even a reasonable walk to stadium - especially when you consider how long you’ll be stuck in stadium traffic if you choose to drive. Easily the best breakfasts I’ve had at similarly priced hotels. I will definitely check here first when I need a room in Bloomington again.

Our stay at the Grant Inn was very nice! The breakfast and service was excellent, best breakfast at an overnight in a long time. The Inn is charming and a perfect location to enjoy being close to IU. Our room was comfortable and spacious but the bed was uneven on one side, made it feel like you could roll off. The shower trickled out with barely any pressure. Enough to get the job done but could be just the age and infrastructure of the building. There are multiple buildings and that is the one thing we would request for in the future is a room with better pressure. It would also be helpful to change out one or two of the outlets to add a USB charger plug as well, we’ve gotten spoiled by having that at most stays and that would be a nice update. Other than that we would definitely stay again! No long hallways for late night kids running up and down lol.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. The food was delicious. The room was cold! Not sure what was going on with the heat in the rooms but it was very cold! Management was aware of it after we heard another room had the same problem.

It is my 2nd stay in this hotel. The staff are very friendly. I arrived a bit early and wanted to leave my luggage at the counter but was surprised that they offered an early check-in for me. A very comfortable stay with many dining options at walkable distance. The breakfast and snacks are lovely. I strongly recommend this hotel to those who want to visit IUB.

Kind staff, cool funky house, fantastic HUGE homemade breakfast included. Close to IU. I can't wait to go back.

We had a great stay. This will be our first choice when returning to Bloomington.
