Our newly remodeled rental property is located just minutes by foot from the Anchorage Parkstrip, Museum, Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, the 5th Avenue Mall, ConocoPhillips Tower, and many other wonderful restaurants, shops, and businesses. Our property is located in a quiet and well established neighborhood and is near bus stops and main city arteries, making you a short car ride from all of Anchorage. Free street parking in front of property. We value comfort and quality and that is how we modeled our rentals. The Parkstrip includes tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball fields, open fields for soccer or yoga, areas to run/walk, a volleyball court, and an ice rink in the winter.
