Immerse yourself in an exceptional stay in the heart of "les Lofts", a prestigious residence nestled in the charming district of Port Guillaume. A footbridge invites you to take a walk of less than 10 minutes to reach the beaches of Cabourg, bathed in the mild sea air.
Your comfort is our priority, with a reserved outdoor car parking space and bicycle storage. Easily explore the surroundings by car, but also let yourself be seduced by the proximity of the attractions (beach, activities, shops, restaurants, etc.), inviting you to enjoy the most pleasant walks.
As soon as you cross the threshold of this duplex, a world of light will open up to you. Designed in a loft spirit, this spacious apartment extends over 77 m². The highlight of the show is the 21 m² furnished terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the port and the Houlgate valley.
Let yourself be charmed by the ground floor:
- A double living room welcomes you with a large sofa, a television and a selection of books, magazines and board games.
- The dining room is decorated with a table for 6 people, facing the huge bay windows offering a breathtaking view of the port.
- A fully equipped kitchen inspires you to prepare delicious meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker (Nespresso and filter), toaster, electric kettle, and everything needed for cooking.
- The first bedroom, with a 160 x 190 cm double bed, will seduce you with its view of the port.
- A practical bathroom, with shower and sink, is completed by a washing machine.
- Independent toilets ensure your comfort.
Upstairs, the experience continues:
- The sleeping area on the mezzanine offers two single beds 90 x 190 cm for peaceful nights.
- A third bedroom, with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, offers an equally captivating view of the port.
- The bathroom invites you to relax in a bathtub, with a sink equipped with a Bluetooth mirror.
Sheets and towels are carefully prepared for the 4 beds.
