For shared use: natural state property. In the complex: reception, WiFi, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, public parking. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 250 m, railway station "Selzthal" 8 km, thermal baths "AQUALUX Fohnsdorf" 36 km, bathing lake "Gaishorn am See" 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes 300 m, ski school 1.5 km, cross country ski track 300 m. Nearby attractions: Pfahlbaudorf 1 km, Schaubergwerk Oberzeiring 22 km, Red Bull Ring Spielberg 35 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Lachtal, Kreischberg. Hiking paths: Gesäuse, Triebener Tauern. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. "Premium 18 mit Sauna&Sprudelbad", 5-room house 140 m2. 'Good home with lots of space, large living room and good terrace. We think the apartment was a bit noisy and you could hear everything. But otherwise a really good Chalet. The area is quiet and there are no major activities - but beautiful nature and a go'
