포큐파인 힐스 게스트 팜(Porcupine Hills Guest Farm)

We had such a lovely time at the Kliphuis at Porcupine Hills. We were looking for a private secluded weekend away and we enjoyed exactly that. We will definitely come again!

The accommodation, location and facilities are all incredible. We had an amazing stay with a large family reunion weekend. There was nothing that we did not enjoy. The hikes, the beautiful dam with its canoe and the endless mountain vista's. A truly special place.

We visited Porcupine Hills as a family to celebrate my son's 30th birthday 🎂 Best decision ever. The peace and quietness was just what the doctor ordered. Cha and her team is excellent, they're not missing a beat and literally thinks of everything to make one's stay as pleasant as can be. From family board games to any utensil you can think of in the kitchen, they've got you covered and of cause the wood fire hot tub and boma were our favorites, with ample wood supplied fir both. You will definitely not miss a TV as you soak up your surroundings. We will definitely be going back. Thanks Cha!

Along the beautiful Van Der Stel Pass in the Overberg, lies a little gem called Porcupine Hills, a working Olive farm with some gorgeous secluded self catering cottages. Our cottage (Caracal) sits nestled in the mountains next to a stream, surrounded by acres of natural beauty of the larger Diepklowe Private Nature Reserve. Caracal is well appointed, with everything to make your stay in nature comfortable. The cottage is perfect for a couple with a lounge, kitchen, bathroom (large shower, basin and toilet) and bedroom. You just need to bring your own food and drinks and a good book to read next to the mountain pool. No TV, but good WiFi. Large braai place outside and inside the kitchen (just right for those cold winter months) There are a few hiking trails to explore. We took the road up to Moonrise Hill, down through the secret forest and around the dam. If you want peace and quiet, and don't want to drive to far out of Cape Town, Porcupine Hills is the perfect spot.

We stayed in the Farmhouse. It was absolutely fantastic!! Private, beautiful views, swimming pool and hot tub, braai area, fire pit, garden.... oh, and the house is perfect too. Every comfort is catered for!

We had a great time at the house, everyting was there , very romantic place with lovely surroundings ! 1 night stay is far too short ! We will definitively come back ! The host is a very nice and charismatic lady ! Loved it !

Stunning farmhouse which has everything you need. So cosy and spacious. The natural pool and view is exceptional!! I would definitely recommend for friends and families. Also, pet friendly is always appreciated.

Eyrie House at Porcupine Hills guest farm was the best family get away over the Xmas that we have ever experienced. Surrounded by nature, the mountains and a beautiful rock pool was pure heaven. The Kitchen was fully equipped with special personal touches of fresh herbs and home made jam. We cooked up a storm over our stay and the best part was that we got to enjoy it as a family on the cozy patio with spectacular views. The farm style kitchen was just so perfect.. The owners Cha and Tony were so welcoming and really made us feel at home. Always so helpful and really made our stay one to remember. The outdoor showers after morning swims was such a treat. Each room was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and so inviting. All the details of the home were so thoughtfully curated. We enjoyed the hiking trails very much and best part was to dip into the beautiful pool after. The water was just perfect. We will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend this place if you don’t feel like driving too far out of Cape Town. Truly a hidden gem .. a stones throw away from all the hustle and bustle. It was truly a special and memorable time for our family. Thank you.

A wonderful place for a family celebration. We booked Eyrie House and The Farmhouse. Stunning setting for fabulous walks, very special renosterveld and spectacular rock formations. The houses are very comfortable and have everything that you need. Highly recommended!
