Very good location historical center, walking distance to restaurants and tram.Nice and helpful staff. But single rooms really tiny. All you need there there but squeezed in. NB If you re taller than 170ms you ll hardly enter the toilet (that was freezing cold!). Very comfortable bed.

If your ideal hotel is an antiseptic concrete box with freezing cold air-con you won't like the Hotel Churchill. If you want a slightly quirky, centrally located room with excellent staff you'll love it. Yes the rooms are small. But everything you need is in it including a bed so comfortable I kept sleeping well into the late morning. The roads outside have a selection of bars and restaurants. All the main attractions are either close or convenient for excellent public transport. It's a 13 minute walk to the tram for the airport. I loved the place and would happily stay in The Churchill again.

A sweet little boutique hotel with the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in and rather hard to find, especially if you're in a car that requires spacious parking. Helpful staff though and a comfy bed once you get through the door.

My husband and I stayed here two nights. Clean and convenient, included breakfast. Worked fine for my celiac husband. One note, I walk with a cane and I had a couple of flights of stairs to climb and they don't have an elevator.

A family run hotel. Excellent & very friendly staff. The hotel is small however the efficiency and cleanliness is second to none. Provides Bed & Breakfast. All the food is home cooked and is of superb quality.On arrival the hotel’s location is a bit deceptive however a 3 minute walk will bring you into a hive of activity with pubs/restaurants in abundance. Will definitely return.

They don't have an elevator and some of the rooms are on the 3rd (fourth for Americans) floor. So avoid if you have difficulty with chairs. Room was tiny but clean and properly equipped. Staff is friendly. Pretty good location for walking to the center of things.

The people working at this hotel were just amazing ,polite and helpful. From the moment we stepped into the hotel and left, it was 5 star service. Hotel itself was in a quiet and more local area of Bordeaux, walkable to all places and just exactly where you want to staying for a visit.

I asked the hotel to get a room on the ground floor as I was bikepacking. Upon my arrival, the receptionist helped me to get my bike into the room. The bedroom was large and had coffee/tea at disposal as well as two fresh water bottles. Mattress is of good manufacture quality. The shower is spacious. Breakfast offers freshly baked pastries which is getting rare those days.. All in all a very decent choice for a hotel in Bordeaux. The location is central and you can walk to anywhere from it in a very short time. The owners are extremely accommodating and have good recommendations about where to dine in the city.

It’s the best hotel in Bordeaux! Thank you for all. All it’s very clean, breakfast excellent. All staff very kind. Very comfortable bed. It was all fantastic. Worth staying here. I would choose this hotel when I come back to Bordeaux.
