"After reading some of the reviews, I can only confirm that this hotel doesn`t manage Credit Cards very well. After making a reservation online I received a booking confirmation. Then went on a business trip. When I got back I had missed calls on my phone, tried to call back - wasn`t able to reach anybody. Wrote an E-Mail with (again) my credit card infos. All i received in return was a cancellation of the booking. If the matter is so urgent, I would expect to receive an E-Mail in order to clarify the matter, but apparently this is too much to ask. So if you book, have your mobile phone on you at all times, otherwise you`re out - thats "service" for you."

"Very spacious apartment with everything we need including a washing machine and plenty of hangers with drying rack. Lots of storage and hanging space. Regret not spending more time in living room as it was very cozy. Few min walk to main train station and river. Hosts were very nice. Wifi spotty in bedroom but moving to kitchen/living room solved the issue. Came with Boppard guest card w free admission to Boppard museum, 10% discount for sessabahn (highly recommend even if one is afraid of heights, about 8–10 min walk from aprtment) , public transportion. Overall, great aprtment amenities and location!"
