The location is so nice, just near to Boopard hbf. We like the room and the ambience.

우리는 하룻밤 숙박을 예약했지만 호스텔에 도착했을 때 침대를 이용할 수 없었습니다. 침대는 다른 손님들에게 나눠졌습니다. 오랜 검색 끝에 그들은 우리가 공유할 수 있는 싱글 침대를 찾을 수 있었습니다. 그들은 사과했고 우리가 돈을 돌려받을 수 있다고 말했습니다. 하지만 우리는 이 돈을 돌려받지 못했습니다. 끔찍한 경험! 다음날 여행을 계속하기 위해 편안한 저녁을 원한다면 이곳을 피하십시오.

I visited as part of a coach trip from Norfolk, UK for Christmas and had the best time. The hotel is spotless, with exceptional staff (all of them), a conscientious and witty manager and amazing food. We were a large party and there were hiccups - but hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure things were as perfect for us all as possible. Beds were so comfy and all dietary requirements were well catered for. A brilliant experience. Despite everything being amazing - the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff made my trip. Thank you.

Carsten and his Team are just the best! They work so hard to make everything perfect for your stay. The food is plentiful, tasty and so much choice! The rooms are spacious - we stayed in a superior double for the duration. So clean too. We have had a most enjoyable stay at this hotel - you will not be disappointed!

I have stayed at this hotel before but i was disappointed this time,firstly you have to request for your room to be cleaned also the car park charge is 8 Euros the breakfast was ok,the room was comfortable.

I regretfully have to share my dreadful experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had made a terrible choice. The lobby was outdated and shabby, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was a disaster. It was as if they hadn't been renovated in decades. The furnishings were worn and tattered, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom had a musty odor that wouldn't go away. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here, as I found hair in the sheets and mold in the corners. The staff were far from accommodating. They were indifferent to my complaints and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests. When I asked for help with my luggage, I was met with a half-hearted effort. The noise level in the hotel was intolerable. Thin walls and rowdy guests made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It felt like I was sharing a room with the entire hotel. The breakfast they provided was an absolute joke. Stale pastries and watery coffee were the only options available. It was a disappointing start to each day of my stay. In summary, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare. It was a grim reminder of how important it is to thoroughly research and read reviews before booking accommodation. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
