You also have an optional sofa bed - offering the ultimate flexibility when deciding on sleeping arrangements.Directly accessible via the rear gate is the Bonnie Doon community centre, with a Opp shop, playground, cubby house, cricket pitch basketball/tennis court. The kitchen offers electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, electric frying pan, and many more pots, pans and crockery to assist with all of your cooking requirements. There is a large fridge/freezer also.The lounge has another wall mounted television, comfy couches, soft on foot floor mats and easy to clean vinyl flooring.All of this leads out to the spacious outdoor covered entertaining area, consisting of a large wrap around deck, three separate sitting areas, bbq, outdoor fridge, with plenty of room to play undercover outdoors. The phenomenal views from the deck will take your breath away, overlooking a parkland escape, showcasing native animals and trees, sprawling lawns, the onsite dam, Lake Eildon, and the avenue of honor, lined with ancient pine trees, which will lead you by foot or car to the private lake frontage this property has to offer.
