"호텔은 산책로에 아름답게 위치해 있습니다. 볼 마을까지는 도보로 15분이 소요됩니다. 매우 좋고 아늑합니다. 방과 욕실은 그리 넓지는 않지만 깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았고 저녁 식사는 덜했습니다. 이틀 저녁에도 같은 음식을 먹었고 기온은 미지근했습니다. 수영장에서의 서비스도 좋았습니다."

"여러 개의 건물로 이루어진 대형 호텔입니다. 저희는 최근 리모델링을 거쳐 아름답게 꾸며진 602호에 묵었습니다. 욕실에는 레인 샤워기가 설치되어 있습니다. 넓은 발코니에는 좌석이 마련되어 있지만, 앞에 큰 나무가 있어 바다와 수영장 전망이 아쉽게도 가려졌습니다. 호텔에는 선베드와 파라솔이 있는 수영장이 두 개 있습니다. 저희는 5월에 갔는데, 선베드가 넉넉했습니다. 호텔은 해변에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있으며, 유명한 즐라트니 라트 해변까지는 도보로 10분이 걸립니다. 반대 방향으로 걸어가면 볼로 이어지는 산책로가 있습니다. 풀서비스 숙박으로 저녁 식사와 함께 음료가 제공됩니다. 레스토랑은 넓고 지붕이 있는 테라스가 있습니다. 누구나 즐길 수 있는 메뉴가 있습니다. 다만 음식이 조금 더 따뜻했으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 대부분 미지근했습니다. 저희는 5월에 3개월 동안 이곳에 묵었습니다. 성수기에는 호텔이 너무 붐비기 때문에 이용하기 불편했습니다. 하지만 강력 추천합니다."

"Zlatni Rat 해변 리조트에서 점심을 먹는 완벽한 경험이었습니다. 음식은 훌륭했고 웨이터는 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 돌아올 것이다!"

"나는 일주일 동안이 호텔에 머물렀고 전반적으로 경험이 5-star 호텔에서 기대하는 것과 일치하지 않았다고 말할 것입니다. 호텔은 원형 교차로 옆에 위치하고있어 낮과 밤 내내 끊임없는 교통 소음이 있습니다. 방 자체는 매우 기본적이었고 따뜻함이나 인테리어 디자인의 매력이 부족했습니다. 소파나 편안한 좌석 공간이 없었고 TV가 작고 침대에서 매우 멀리 떨어져 있어 사용하기가 덜 즐거웠습니다. 아침 식사 옵션도 제한적이었고 매일 다양성이 거의 없었습니다. 주방은 주로 계란 기반 요리를 제공했으며 이 카테고리의 호텔에 대한 더 넓은 선택을 기대했습니다. 로비에서 제공되는 음식도 먹어봤는데 품질이 실망스럽고 갓 준비한 식사라기 보다는 미리 만들어진 음식에 더 가깝습니다. 숙박은 전반적으로 수용 가능했지만 호텔이 진정한 5-star 경험을 더 잘 반영하기 위해 개선 할 수있는 여러 지역이 있습니다."

"A memorable and unique experience in Bol. We were greeted with a fresh homemade lemonade at the reception upon arrival. We sat and relax for a while at the same time admiring the deco and the historical pictures of Bol on the wall. At the same lobby we had a few cocktails in the evening. Breakfast was served on the outdoor terrace with sea views. It was very special and delicious with plenty of choice including homemade cakes and fresh fruits. Hot breakfast was served a la carte on the our table. The property has a hidden garden on the back with sunloungers on the natural grass. The best feature of this hotel are the staff. Their attentiveness and kindness make you feel at home from day 1. We cannot recommend the property enough tho anyone looking for a quality stay in Bol."

"We paid more to book this hotel on *********** than the rates published at the reception desk, so I feel pretty ripped off to be honest. When I booked on *********** I was given a price of EUR629.00 for the 3 night stay which is expensive, but compared well with other properties with the same star rating in the area. When I arrived I was advised that we needed to pay EUR631.00 which was fine, at this point we were shown to a dark, dingy room with a poor quality sofa bed on the floor. On the reception desk was a sign with the current pricing, according to this the price for the room I received Double + sofa should be EUR120.00/night and I could have had a triple room with sea view (and presumably balcony) for EUR180.00/night. The welcome was poor. When I arrived, after hunting around for the car park and needing some help (do not under any circumstances try to drive down the street to the front of the hotel) there were several people sat in the pool area with drinks etc. I waited at reception for 10 minutes, with no-one there - rang the bell/ tried the phone number etc etc with no response. I eventually went to ask the people around the pool if they knew how I could find the receptionist, only for a lady to get up, tell me off for not coming out to ask for her - as though I would know that she wasn't a guest, and proceed to be as unhelpful as she could possibly be...... The pool was dirty - cloudy water. There was no hot water for the shower - on the first night I told the staff about this. On the second night I asked if it was solved, only to get a snotty 'I've told my boss' with no resolution. The situation did not improve. The star rating of this hotel is not current. I'd give it 2 stars at the most. There is no service/ no bar or food, and the spa advertised on *********** is not in operation, and doesn't seem to have been for many years based on the condition of the sign in the pool area. Stay somewhere else. "
