The Hilton Hotel in Bogota is the best Hilton hotel in the world. The staff is truly amazing and everyone treats you like family. I want to give a special thanks to Alejandra, Luisa and Jose in the executive lounge. The food is so delicious and the staff is always attentive to your needs. I would also like to thank Harrison, Jackson, and Camilo for always helping me with my luggage and welcoming me. The front desk is absolutely amazing and I would like to thank Diego, Andrea, Majorle, and Viviana. Karen and Mariana in the office are so kind and helpful always. I wish that I can give the Hilton Bogota 10 stars and thank everyone personally, as they truly make this hotel a memorable experience always. I can't wait for my next trip to Bogota so I can come back to this wonderful hotel !!! :)

I highly recommend this Marriott Hotel in Bogota! I’ve stayed here for a week for a vacation with my mom and my sister. This was the first time for us in Bogota and by far it’s the best hotel in Bogota or probably the Whole country of Colombia. I visited Medellin as well but this hotel in was accessible and exceptional because not just the location that is accessible nearby but also the excellent restaurants inside the hotel and also with the exceptional services from all the hotel staff from the Rockstar Front desk staff, hardworking Housekeeping staff and especially with the outstanding Restaurants staff esp. @ The Market and their executive lounge crew! They pampered their guests and rendered a Great quality Service! No doubt, I will definitely stay back at this five star hotel with Great amenities, So when in Bogota, booked your stay @ JW Marriott Bogota Hotel and Spa! I want to highlight the amazing customer service from Johan Gutierrez he was more than kind and amazing with me and my mom. Also Johanna Castellanos , Andres Alvarez and Génesis García. All of you guys are amazing keep rocking. JW Marriott should be proud of all of you. I wouldn't give a 10/10 to the hotel customer service because one of the employees has a nasty attitude with me and my family, his name is Christian Pérez his responses and attitude were very disrespectful, every time me and my family approached the reception he wasn’t nice at all until the point that if I have a question I waited for Johanna instead of asking him. Fortunately he was the only staff member out dozens employees with that behavior. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Swanky but not pretentious in a nice area of Bogota. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, service is spectacular. Breakfast buffet was delicious, beautiful patios & courtyards available to enjoy a cocktail later in the day. They even have a speak-easy for a late night drink. We had massages which were great and enjoyed the steam room & used the gym for stretching. Great stay!

Desde mi llegada a este hotel no he podido percibir la más mínima amabilidad de parte de el personal de recepción de el hotel sin excepción alguna Iniciando desde mi llegada después de un largo viaje fuimos recibidos por un autómata que solo es capaz de ver la pantalla del ordenador y no de dar respuestas coherentes a clientes . Soy miembro de IHG el programa de lealtad que ampara a su hotel siendo está la primera vez que he percibido sólo evasivas , respuestas incoherentes y falta total de cortesía . Desde el día uno pregunte por los beneficios que me da el grado obtenido de lealtad y se me informó que mi reserva había sido hecha con puntos y que además el hotel estaba lleno ! Me pregunto yo si los puntos de lealtad en este hotel no son bien recibidos no deberían aceptar reservas bajo esta modalidad . En cualquier hotel que nos hemos hospedado con mi familia como mínimo recibimos botellas de agua de cortesía , se me informó que esa no era política del hotel . El colmo fue el día de hoy hace unís minutos que llame a recepción solicitando me enviaran 4 tuallas y papel higiénico y la respuesta que recibí me dejo perplejo: que el hotel estaba lleno y que podían atender mi petición hasta las 10 am Porque el hotel se encontraba lleno . Este es un problema administrativo ya que di tienen una capacidad instalada de x número de personas deben será capaces de atender las necesidades de los clientes . Otra situación incómoda fue el día de ayer que ordene comida a el hotel y deseaba que me cambiaran unos billetes de pesos colombianos por otros de menor denominación al que parcamente se me respondió que ellos no efectuaban ese tipo de servicios Creo que en todos los hoteles manejan algún fondo de caja chica . 이것은 여러면에서 견고한 호텔이었습니다. 객실은 넓고 침대는 매우 현대적인 욕실로 편안했습니다. 건물은 매력적이었고 좋은 위치에있었습니다. 아침 식사는 환상적이었습니다! 직원도 매우 도움이되었습니다. 단점은 홀과 문에있는 바닥 보드 중 일부가 마모의 징후를 보였고 업데이트가 필요할 것입니다. 다른 단점은 수영장과 체육관과 같은 시설을 사용하는 예약입니다. 이것은 손님에게 어리 석고 불편합니다. 순수한 극장입니다. 전반적으로 적극 추천합니다.

Designed of the hotel is very nice with boutique and cozy feel. Rooms are nicely appointed and bathroom stylish with all amenities. Great views of Bogota from the rooftop terrace. Probably a cultural difference, but breakfast was the weakest point of my stay. It appeared that the presentation was of the biggest importance to staff, rather than making sure the basics are covered. 70% of the spread was fresh fruit, rest. ham, cheese and toast bread. Hard to make anything tasty out of dry bread, ham and slice of cheese. No butter, cream cheese or anything similar to go with it. Absolutely no vegetables. Egg dishes possible to order. No tags to identify what is what, needed to ask staff who barely speak English. At the end I always made it work somehow but it was a struggle.

My time in Selina was pretty good! It is greatly decorated with very nice vibes. Great breakfast and great staff. I was placed on the top floor and, because it rained, the ceiling started to leak. The staff offered me to move to another room, to which I was extremely pleased. I also signed up for a therapeutic massage offered at the hostel, and it is a MUST!!! My doctor was Dr. Julio González and he was outstanding. Definitely will stay in Selina next time I’m in Bogota.
