The room is so tiny , the food is bad, the air conditioning is bad they cant change room temperature from hot to cold because all room connected together and when i talk to complain department they told me no we can't help you open the window so insect and fly fill the room and i cant sleep all the night, house keeping come one time to room and most time they they open my room when i am there ( it must be signal to tell them the guest in the room like any hotel) and by the way i go to four stars hotel last year and it was better and finally there no activity ever in the hotel only in the night for adults (one hour) all activity for children , this was worst hotel i ever seen.

It was good hotel and it was exiting and suggest to come here special thank for entertainment team and oktay much fun thans for everthing food good we come back again the best hotel and best entertainment defintly we need again i love so much...

It was awful, the staff could not speak english well enough, food was dirty and i even find some insects in my food, the glasses in bar were dirty and stank, the hotel was u all supposed to be u all and work 24, but it was not and work only until 12 am. I honestly don’t recommend this hotel at all.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation I would recommend to look for an other accomodation. There is loud music around the clock, from 10AM until midnight. During the day you don't have a slightest chance for a calm beach day and at the evenings you can hear the music even with your balcony doors closed making the evening rest impossible. The animation is poor and lacking any kind of creativity and each program is built on the same scheme. The hotel guests are mainly russians (animators are russian speaking too); therefore if you are not russian/ukranian you will be excluded from the smaller afternoon activities. There are many activities for kids. Dinner is plenty with several options to choose from, but I found it very monotonius. The dishes they serve are the same or very similar each day. However, quality wise it is really good and tasty. With ultra all inclusive you can find food all day long so this way you can easily have something different to eat. The place is super crowded regardless where you are going and dinner seemed like a battlefield where everyone was running to get their food as fast as it is possible despite of the fact that there is no shortage of food. (The hotel has not much to do with this) On a positive note, the hotel is extremely clean and well equipped it has its own shop, patisserie, several bars and restaurants, pools, changing rooms and showers. The staff is hardworking and very friendly. The Spa and massage was amazing and the ladies were all super nice. The beach is also nice and clean but you have to go early and reserve your spot because later on it will be quite crowded. Overall it is a quantity over quality experience and I would recommend the hotel mostly if you are with kids or you are looking for the tipical "Russian Resort Experience".

Great week spend with small kids. Splendid place to enyoj time with small kids in pool. 3 types - small under the shadow sheet, middle with few slides for 6-8year and sprinkling water. Sun beds in beache missed first row shadow where everyone was hidding what caused place very crouded. Two playgrounds one in kids club and second on the beach. Animation in kids club is ok but speaks only russian. Food is turkish good standard with a lot of vegtables local specialities, but mainly the same every day, seafood was missing for me. Gozleme prepared by hard working lady is very delicious. Drinks are tasty with various barmans creativity, Bayram rulezz. Quite noisy in the evenings due to parties nearby.

5 yıldızlı bir otel. 16-20 Aralık 2023 tarihleri arasında 2 aile olarak kaldık. Otelin genel alanlarında ve odalarda kablosuz internet var. Açık ve kapalı havuzu(ısıtmalı) bulunmakta. 3 bantlı aquaparkı ve ayrıca çocuk aquparkı bulunmakta. Mini clup açık (sahil mini clup kış sezonunda kapalı). Otelin kendine ait kum plajı bulunmakta. Açık alanlardaki mekanlar kapalı. Sahilde bar bulunmakta vekış sezonunda kapalı. Deniz aniden derinleşiyor. Aile odasında kaldık ve ara kapılı bir oda idi. Odamız standart büyüklükte, bir çift kişilik yatak, iki tek kişilik yatak mevcuttu. Her iki odada da televizyon vardı.Yerler laminat parke idi. Odada çay kahve setup yoktu. Minibar hergün yenilenmekte. Minibarda soğuk meşrubatlar ve su bulunmakta ve ücretsiz. Banyo normal büyüklükte, banyoda sabun, şampuan ve saç kremi duvarda takılı sabunluklarda bulunmakta. Yemekler yeterli lezzette idi. Izgara olarak köfte, tavuk ve balık vardı, 2-3 çeşit sulu yemek oluyordu. Kış sezonu olması nedeni ile soğuk kısmında çeşit sayısı az ama yeterli idi. Tatlı reyonu zayıf kalıyor ve çeşit az idi, aynı zamanda lezzeti zayıftı. İçecek servisini genelde garsonlar yapıyor. İçecekler markalı ve kaliteli ürünler idi. Otelin belirli saatlerde açılan pastahanesi bulunmakta. Her gün aktiviteler bulunmakta. Her akşam gösteri mevcut. Animatör Buse hanım oldukça ilgili ve güzel işler yapıyor. Diğer animatör arkadaşlar da iyi iş çıkarıyor. Otelin SPA merkezi bulunmakta burada kapalı havuz, sauna, buhar odası, Türk hamamı bulunmakta. Ayrıca burada ücretli olarak çeşitli masaj kürleri bulunmakta. Otelde 24.00 den sonra bar kapanıyor ve herhangi bir talebiniz olursa ücretli. Disco giriş ücretsiz ancak içecekler ücretli. Otelin tek kusuru barda verdikleri çerez idi. O kadar kötü idi ki sanki pazaryerlerinde artan çerezleri yerden süpürüp toplamışlar.
