"빌라 발리에서의 하룻밤은 평화로운 밤의 휴식에 필요한 것이었습니다. 우리는 리셉션에서 신사 중 한 명이 따뜻하게 환영했습니다. 체크인은 부드럽고 친절하며 효율적이었습니다. 그는 우리를 이그제큐티브 트윈 룸으로 안내하고 우리를 집처럼 느끼게했습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 선명한 흰색 린넨 침구와 전기 담요로 쌀쌀한 겨울 밤에 휴식을 제공했습니다. 각 객실에는 무료 차, 커피, 우유 및 생수가 제공됩니다. 아름다운 터치는 각 침대 옆에 있는 Sally Williams Nougat 장소입니다. 욕실에는 샤워 시설, 욕조, 넉넉한 수건 및 무료 세면도구가 있습니다. 편안한 밤의 수면 후 우리는 무료 아침 식사를 즐겼습니다. 뷔페는 다양한 항목으로 충분합니다. 우리는 엄격하게 할랄이기 때문에 요구르트, 과일, 견과류, 그래놀라, 맛있는 머핀, 크루아상, 푹신한 크럼펫만 먹을 수 있었습니다. 그래도 우리에게는 충분했습니다. 남편은 삶은 계란을 좋아하는 것처럼 요리사에게 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 빌라 발리를 적극 추천합니다. 중심이며 식당과 쇼핑몰과 가깝습니다. 아름다운 숙박을 위해 빌라 발리에 감사드립니다."

"Good quality business hotel. Very clean overall, attractive decor, good lighting. But no bar fridge in room, and small desk. There is a small boardroom on the first floor. Rooms small and rather a squash for two people. Bathroom part of the room itself with separate, private toilet. Breakfast above average. Service overall a bit slow. Location very good for CBD and SCA. Reasonably priced. R1800 per night per room, breakfast an extra R215 pp."

"Never book with Agoda travel Agents NEVER. We booked at this guesthouse while traveling thru Agoda, the guesthouse replied immediatly that they are fully booked, Agoda ignored the email, and still debit the amount from bank card, we arrived just to find out they fully booked, we were stranded and had to drive in the middle of the night to our next destination. Since the 28 of March 2026 we try to get a refund from Agoda with no luck. I went on facebook and there are litteraly 100 and 100 of people that lost money to Agoda due to this bad service. So please dont make the same mistake and loose money to Agoda scammers. Booking never took place because fulle booked, but i paid for it. Invoice attached"

"In short, the room we booked using a platform ended up looking nothing like it had been shown on the website. The two bedroom family suite, was a converted garage with a double bed, a bunk bed, a divider between the room housing these & the bathroom. And a TV above the kitchen sink which meant you could not even wash your coffee cup in the morning. The explanation from the manager was that the platform must have made a mistake, as that which was advertised was the family suite luxury & that which we booked was the family suite. "

"We were there for a weekend. This is not the Hilton but the beds were great and the rooms were clean. The manageress ( forgive me for forgetting her name. She was so tall she had different weather than us) but she was brilliant. She sorted us out. We had torrential rain. They just kept at it. They ran a bar for us and the kids were fantastic. Jambo ( I think he was having me on) and Abby were top notch. ( I remember their names because they served us a lot . Great place brilliant staff and all round 5 star 3 star resort ."

The owner contacted us early, on arrival day to ensure we know where the premises is and how to gain access. In my opinion this was amazing as I always find that I have to contact accommodations to confirm and ask questions- at Finch & Fern this was not needed as the owner is so productive and made contact first. "This hotel, compared to the other Southern Sun hotels we have stayed at recently , is definitely not at the same high expected level. Rooms are quite outdated and are not kept extremely clean. Staff are available and visible, but they are not very friendly or keen to assist guests. The pool and garden area is beautiful and peaceful, but you wait a long time to get a waiter to assist with drinks and snacks. The hotel has direct access to the Mimosa Mall, which is a great benefit and super convenient."
