What a cool new hotel. Great restaurant, bar, meeting space. We had two nights and they were able to to provide a cot for our 2 year old. Staying in a 2 bedroom unit meant we could have the cot in the lounge area, which was perfect. Didn't get to use the day spa this trip but next time for sure.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large, clean and nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom and a great balcony. Close to shops, restaurant's and mall. Highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning again soon.

My wife and I had diner hear, the food is wondaful and the staff excellent. We live locally and will defiantly be going back, the hotel / restaurant is located in a slightly unusual location, though this is pleasant for a couples evening meal.

It was all too high tech for me, it seemed that everything from the lifts to answering the phone was at another level - keep it simple …….

Our family dined here a few nights ago. The food was very nice and beautifully presented. Everyone in our family enjoyed their dining experience. Perhaps the only negative thing was the cleanliness of the men's toilet. The toilet bowl was simply filthy!!

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed. We dined in the restaurant, but the downside was one of the chefs was not wearing gloves when plating up the food. Not a good look and unhygienic. The other chef (Asian) who did all the cooking wore gloves the whole time.

Was a great stay at this new hotel. Very modern with marvelous facilities. Floors are a bit on the slippery side otherwise would highly recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay at the SOHO hotel in Auckland before our trip to Brisbane last week. The location was great, being a short taxi trip to the airport and we left our car there undercover. The staff were amazing and made us very welcome, clearly happy to be working in a new hotel. Our room was very generous in size and included a large balcony. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. We had dinner and the menu was great, the flavours were amazing which we had heard from friends who live locally. Very happy to recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.
