A original slate miners cottage built in the late 1800's . Located in Tanygrisau , just outside of the historic Slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog . It is well positioned just a short walk away from all the shops and amenities the town has to offer with the local pub also just up the road . The narrow gauge steam railway runs past the back garden and can also be seen from the rear bedroom. At the back of the house a rear door leads to the private garden space where steps lead up to a grassed area and patio/eating area looking out onto the local mountains Moelwyn Mawr and Molewyn Bach.Other things to note:We know you will be able to have fantastic time with a young family here, of note though, there are steep steps in the back garden that lead up to the grassed patio area and some steps at the end of the garden so very young children should be be supervised if in the garden area.
