OYO 더 쇼어스 호텔 센트럴 블랙풀(The Shores Hotel, Central Blackpool)

"THE SHORES HOTEL", Unfortunately does not live upto it's Title., more like a B&B with out food. My stay was through *********** , I have used them on many occassions . So I was sure of a good nights Stay. Unfortunately not this time. I just hope my next stay through *********** " in Valencia in August this Year". Is what it says on the site. I know it stated Stag and Hen parties excepted. But the state of the stay was. Unbeliveable. And the pictures of the rooms do not Look anything a like. It all so stated free complimentary wi fi , which was not evident in my room , or offered by the " cleaner come Hotel recepción " . The overall cleansiness was disgusting I insisted the beds where remade as I found human hairs and what looked like fecal matter within the bed. It also stated non smoking, weather that was before or after the cigarette burns on the carpet were discovered. The furniture well , I have seen better in a skip. The Electricle fittings were dangerous , the ensuite extractor fan was pathetic the básicamente on pedastool needed to be tired correctly there was no where apart from the toilets cistern to place my toileteries. Overall I am disa llusioned with my stay . *********** as offered me £20 to spend . Well if my next experience ends like my last booking I won't be going with them in future" They have me as AGenius rating . Sorry you don't have to be. To know a bad stay to a good o e. Carl

The worst hotel we have ever visited... Upon arrival we discovered that the free parking was Street parking which there were no spaces. The best option for parking was 24hr for £19 down the road. There is no reception desk, or if there is it is not sign posted. We were taken to our room carrying a toilet roll in his hand and handed up us a spoon which appeared from his trouser pocket for our tea and coffee area. The room was fairly spacious as we booked a double but the bedding was not clean, the floor had very little comfort in it left. The bathroom was clean but very cramped. There were soap dispensers but no soap in them. We were kept up until 4am due to a full room downstairs that seemed to be partying in the room. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and **** all night as the latches on our window did not close which also made it very cold (the latches and window handles had been snapped off...) After an awful night's sleep we were then unable to find anyone to check out... do not book.

I’ve been to Blackpool quite a few times this is the cleanest hotel I have got ever no issues whatsoever staff on site. Always keep you safe, homely friendly and very nice helpful and will help you with any needs which is unusual because most hotels do not have staff on site you will not be disappointed. If you stay at this hotel, it feels like home

Never I have I ever stayed (for 10 mins) in such an awful place , the reception/hallway/ bar area, stairs were filthy, bedroom was full of hair, broken aerials, dents in door, muck up the walls, mould in shower , dirty skirting boards.. we left after 10 mins and stayed elsewhere, ideal for stags/hens,right near promenade but def not family orientated, do not trust the photos

Thougt this hotel was very good came for 2 nights got a very warm welcome on a showery day. The steps up to jotel were a bit steep but not owners fault he Brought it like this. Shown to room room was lovely abd spacious. U get a fire stick in the tv u can watch Netflix Disney + amazon prime ect. The bed was comfy. Nothing was too much trouble for David the owner and josh. At the night we were asked to come into the bar area where my boyfriend played pool with josh I talked to his gorgeous ang great night really enjoyed it. We r coming back in sep to see the lights. Thank you David and josh and ang for a delightful stay really enjoyed it.

Entrance to hotel was filthy. Recetion area was littered with all sorts of debris. Everywhere you looked there was stuff all over the floor. In the corridor there was more stuff and wires hanging out of ceiling. If I had been on my own I would never have stayed there. I can honestly say it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in the many hotels I’ve stayed in. I did examine the bed and mattress which were clean. The bathroom however was not. The shower door was covered in black and brown mould and skirting board had not been dusted in weeks. A truly awful experience.

We were 4 of adults. A couple and parents. Hotel is in good location. We were lucky to find a spot for parking just in front of the hotel. The guy (probably the owner) from the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. We had a family room. The bedroom was good, but other 2 beds (single and a bunk bed) were just in hallway. It was claustrophobic as there was no space even where to put the bags or other stuff. Just a small gap between 2 beds. The room wasn't cleaned or hoovered and there was some visible rubbish on the floor. We even had to go and ask for staff to clean our toilet as it was in status I dont even want to tell all details...... The shower was very tiny. I think we overpaid for what we had.....

Went Saturday 6th of August the hotel is abit further down then were I would normally stay but wasn't a problem always a taxi passing we arrived at 12 30 and they sorted our rooms straight away so we could check in early I mean they were in the middle of doing all room changes it was abit of a mad time for them bedding and towels every were bit left that to make sure we got our rooms whitch was highly appreciated room was clean smelt nice and probably one of the comfortable beds I've eva slept in Blackpool I can't comment on breakfast as we woke up late so didn't ask for any I'm sure if we did they would of accommodated us a coffee and a sandwich I dnt think they have had hotel long but seems to be doing an amazing job sorting it all out I would defo book again we were 6 girls in 2 triple rooms and enjoyed our stay will be back soon xx

Booked this hotel months ago for a family night away to watch the fireworks. On arrival was greeted by someone in the bar area. Went up to room which was very plain but appeared clean. No towels. We didn't return to the hotel until later that evening. After making a coffee I looked in drawers to find some items which left me wondering what the room had been used for previous. As this was a family room I was shocked at my findings and disappointed that the cleaning wasn't more thorough. Just glad my 3yr old didnt find the knife. The pathway outside our door was blocked by hoover and cleaning accessories. My brothers room who went with us had tobacco littered drawers and rubbish behind the bed. Breakfast was not an option in the morning, no staff around to hand room keys in and when looking to the breakfast room from outside could see it was cluttered with black bags. We booked this hotel based on photos and reviews but can definitely say was not worth the £87 it cost to stay the night.
