'The property appears maintained below par may be because of less flow of funds. The entry road is very narrow and shabby looking. The reception area needs lot of revamp, also the room decor seems so so but needs careful touch up specially with lighting gadgets, replacement of torn curtains and upholstery including holed cushion and intercom, widened gap between the door and the floor to be attended immediately, loitering of couple of stray dogs in the property gives negative impact on the guests. May be the pond in the center could be more attractive if decorated well with guests being allowed to do boating in it after conforming all safety protocols. Behavior of the property staff was very amicable, down to earth and much obliged. Names of shri chanchal, shri pint u mishra & shri ujjwal deserves a special mention. Food served at lunch n dinner were homely kind of and tasted well, besides being reasonably priced. However the complimentary breakfast offered at the property lacked very much in variety and did not host buffet. In a nutshell, our stay of 3 fly members, for 3 nights w. E. F. 11. 03. 2022 (saturday) at the property was within budget and pocket friendly.'
