우리는이 사랑스러운 호텔에서 친절한 환영에 도착했습니다. 현대적인 욕실이 잘 꾸며져있는 훌륭한 객실. 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 넓은 잘 꾸며진 뷔페였습니다. 직원들은 다시 한 번 테이블에서 제공되는 차 또는 커피 냄비로 매우 친절하고 정중했습니다. 호텔은 베를린 관광에 잘 배치되어 있으며 그것이 귀하의 방문의 목적이라면 철저히 추천합니다. 로비에는 독특한 매혹적인 조명 디스플레이가있어 조용한 음료로 저녁에 볼 수있는 멋진 기능입니다. 우리는 수영장과 체육관 시설이 있다는 것을 알고 있지만 불행히도 우리는 3 박 동안 호텔의 그 섹션을 방문 할 시간이 없었습니다.

베를린에 있는 멋진 새 호텔입니다. 리셉션은 매우 정중하고 친절하며 수용적입니다. 더 나은 동료 팀을 요청할 수 없었습니다. 바 직원, 조식당 직원, 컨시어지, 심지어 유지 보수 직원도 훌륭합니다. 나는 가장 편안한 침대와 베개가 있는 사랑스러운 큰 방을 가지고 있었습니다. 모두 현대적이고 세련된 장식으로 꾸며져 있습니다. 방에는 미니 냉장고, 커피 서비스, 물, 가운, 다리미 및 상단에 접근 가능한 전원 포인트가있는 작업 책상 공간과 같은 편의 시설도 있습니다 (여기 책상 아래에 구부러지지 않습니다!) 도착 및 출발시 따뜻하게 맞이했습니다. 이것은 긍정적인 경험을 위한 분위기를 설정하고 나는 유쾌한 미소와 친절한 자연으로 진정한 환영을 확실히 느꼈습니다. 이 호텔은 2개의 U-Bahn 역에서 매우 접근할 수 있으며 베를린 동물원에서 도보 거리에 있습니다. U-Bahn 및 S-Bahn 기차의 잘 통합된 지하 시스템으로 베를린을 돌아다니는 것은 상당히 쉽습니다. 호텔은 로스앤젤레스 광장(Los Angeles Platz) 작은 공원/광장을 가로지르는 조용한 도로에 있습니다. 베를린이 제공하는 모든 것은 쉽게 접근할 수 있으며 작은 주변에서 많은 쇼핑, 식사 및 야외 활동을 즐길 수 있습니다. 언제나처럼 다시 머물러라. 방은 넓고 편안합니다. 유일한 것은 세면대가 너무 높고 넓다는 것입니다. 중국인 여성에게는 약간 부적합합니다. 발을 긁고 얼굴을 씻을 수 있습니다.

Enjoyed every aspect of staying at KPM Hotel and Residences with only one issue. On the last morning I was there, I went down to the restaurant late morning, to have a cup of coffee. I order the coffee and then asked whether I could purchase a pastry to go with the coffee. I made it clear I did not want breakfast but the person indicated that the only pastries were the left overs from breakfast. I had two pastries thinking they were for free and better than nothing. Anyhow, I was charged 7 Euros for the coffee and croissant. Both tasted like left overs from breakfast and when I looked around the pastry cart was gone and my guess is that what was there would have been thrown out. I went to pay thinking it was my fault but then because I wanted to pay by visa card, the waiter said it would be 10 Euro! I mentioned this to the staff member on the desk when I checked out and she agree it was poor service but she still charged me. It was the one big blemish on your excellent hotel and a real pity. Staff need to be able to use some judgement and/or initiative to waiver the cost is situations which ultimately reflect badly on the hotel for the gain of 7 Euros. Anyhow, it would not stop me staying in your hotel but I would be very wary of ordering from the restaurant outside of breakfast or dinner. On a more positive note, the dinner both nights in the Vietnamese restaurant was delightful.

Excellent luxury hotel with an excellent location. The concierge was very helpful and the entire staff was extremely accommodating and provided first class service. My room, although it was luxurious and the bed super comfortable, did look a bit old, and small for what I expected. The breakfast was great, very varied and with top quality traditional German ingredients and dishes. I especially remember the chefs who explained the ingredients to me and Andreas at the restaurant reception with a great attitude every time he saw us. I highly recommend this hotel , excellent option to visit Berlin

This hotel has had a revamp and is now called the Art Hotel, Park Plaza. There is another Park Plaza nearby…..we ended up there first! So don’t get confused!! Once you find this hotel….we arrived on the day of a national strike… it’s fab. Ignore the journey planner…. This hotel is a less than 10 min walk from the western end of the U1 line. The room we had was on 5th floor on a quite busy street, but it was so quiet we didn’t realise it until we looked out of the window the following morning. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, a great night sleep was had by us both. Shower was a big rainfall type with a smaller head shower head option if you wanted. Complimentary Elemis shower gel, hand wash, as well as body lotion. Breakfast was worth every penny as part of your B&B option. Otherwise it’s €18 for a full option or €5 for coffee and a croissant in the bar. Breakfast was fresh, pastries, cheese, meats, toast, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereals, yoghurts; you could make your own fresh juice from fresh veggies & fruits. Coffee was excellent (I was told)…. I took my own teabags as I am very fussy, and made great tea. There is a spectacular hot water urn……that is very ornate and was awesome. Staff were multilingual and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very insightful about the local area, and the available public transport options. I would highly recommend this hotel which has pop art throughout. We are planning to head back to visit Berlin again and we will most certainly stay here again.

우리는 3 박 동안 베를린에 머물 렀으며 Pestana Berlin Tiergarten에서의 숙박에 대해 더 행복 할 수 없었습니다. 호텔은 모든 주요 명소까지 도보 거리에 있으며 자전거 나 전기 스쿠터를 쉽게 대여하여 도시의 어느 곳으로나 갈 수 있습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 항상 환영받는 느낌을주었습니다. 방은 단순하지만 아름답게 장식되어 있으며 전자 장치와 연결할 수있는 TV를 포함한 모든 상품을 제공했습니다 (독일어를 할 수 없을 때 도움이됩니다). 수영장은 도시에서 긴 하루를 보낸 후 편안한 시간을 보내기에 좋은 선택입니다. 그리고 아침 식사 ... 호텔에서 잠시 동안 먹은 최고의 빵. 과다하게 구워지지 않고, 완벽하지 않습니다! 확실히 돌아올 것이다.
