The front office agents are super helpful and nice! A beautiful hotel to stay and love the small town. People there are so friendly. Highly recommended to visit!

因為科隆遊戲展訂不到科隆的房，因此定了這家。在bensberg小鎮，距離科隆火車站打車30分鐘左右，有點兒遠。但是酒店非常舒服，環境優美，前後都有花園，適合家人度假。早餐種類豐富，服務員小哥哥小姐姐都很靚

Nah an der Perfektion (kleine Abzüge für: die zugesagte und dann vergessene Zeitung am Morgen, die extrem laut schlagenden Türen im Wellnessbereich, der Check-Out war so lala..., "Enoteca" super!

1. Check-in/Check-out: 5/5 Seamless and easy process. Very friendly frontdesk staff. 2. Rooms (cleanliness, amenities, technology, etc.): 3/5 Gorgeous clean rooms that are very spatious with comfy beds. See my note why this one is a 3. 3. On-premise restaurants: 5/5 There are two. One is Michelin one that you have to make a reservation in advance. We went to the other one. Good food, wine selection. Manager can step in if need to, wink. 4. Pool area: 5/5 Indoor pool within on-premise Spa was amazing to relax after long day of driving. 5. Service: 5/5 Overall weighted score: 4.6 out of 5.0 Notes: We really needed to be able to cast from our phone to TV that weekend but the technology of this beautiful Palace seem to have been stuck in 2000s. The concierge somewhat laughingly confirmed that their TVs are indeed older. I would expect this level of property to get onboard with technology especially at this price point of room charges. There is also an underground parking that is well lit and connected to the hotel. Would we come back? Yes

Our experience was nothing short of superb. The combination of stellar concierge service, exceptional room service, exquisite food, and the heartfelt birthday surprise made our stay memorable. We left feeling more than just satisfied customers – we felt like part of a community that the hotel has masterfully created. This was hands down the best experience with a hotel my partner and I have ever had. Our flights got changed and our luggage was lost (coming from the USA), but the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire mess. Not only were the staff pleasant, the hotel itself is beautiful. My partner and I were enthralled to experience such a gorgeous building during our first out of country travel. If given the chance, we would happily stay here again. Worth every penny.

Very nice hotel. Magnificent building, good facilities, overall clean, professional staff. Nice room with Nespresso machine in room, large bathroom. Goof breakfast buffet. Nice bar for evening cocktails. Large parking. We got a birthday cake delivery in the room upon arrival… thanks for this very nice surprise.

This property is an hold castle situated in the middle of Bensberg that is suburb of Cologne. The staff is very welcoming. I arrived super early at noon while the check-in time was 3:00pm the staff let me check in early with no hesitation. I stayed there for 5 nights and did not feel like leaving ;) The rooms/suites are very spacious with plenty of seating/relaxing area. They do provide free beverage and it will be replenished during each room service. The Italian restaurant is amazing with lots of choices. Ideally located at the downtown with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.
