"I have stayed in many American hotels, and I need to comment on this one. The facilities and breakfast are quite satisfactory. There is a large supermarket next door with everything you need. It is actually quite good. It is worth mentioning that the waiter did not come to clean my room. After staying for half a month, he only came to ask me every other day. After that, no one came for three days. I walked out of the room to have breakfast. The room next to me I was cleaning, and I said good morning to the waiter, thinking that it was finally my turn to clean my room. When I finished eating and came back from doing errands, it was still not cleaned. The trash can in the room was full, and the towels were piled up. There is no need to replace it after use. The next day I told the waiter who was cleaning in the corridor and asked her to clean the room. She actually asked me what I needed to do. I said change the trash can, change towels, replenish room consumables, etc.😵💫, this Isn't it outrageous? When I checked out, the front desk clerk pretended not to see me and had a very cold attitude. So I can only say that this hotel is not friendly to Chinese people, and its basic services are not up to standard. It is not worthy of the name Hilton. The room rate is so expensive, and it does not get the basic services it should have."

"Overall, this is a lovely place. Very pretty, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Things to know about the room: towels are low-quality and we got 2 towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. Bed and bedding ok, but not luxury. Amenities were shampoo and conditioner dispensers in.the shower and 2 small discs of soap. Breakfast is a nicely prepared plate of food - 5 choices: eggs, pancakes, french toast, yogurt/granola, oatmeal. Same menu each day. There were no home-baked goods offered as can be expected in many inns/b&b’s. The restaurant had wonderful food for dinner. Top-notch all the way. Atmosphere might have been a little more classy to match, but really great. It’s really a nice place, and very close to perfect in our estimation, but surprised about a few places where we felt they fell short."

"very nice place. My major gripe is with Trip.com. They said there was breakfast offered, and I paid extra for that. The owner said they haven't had breakfast for a LONG time. So I got ripped off by Trip.com by paying extra for a service that was not even included."

"Dog friendly place, extra fee of course. Place is outdated but rooms were clean. TV, microwave, and mini fridge in rooms were clean and in good condition. Heater/air conditioner seemed very new. Good part: it was easy to find. Bad part: mildew in tiled shower; bed was soft. Exercise area is at Lobby with two machines. There is small sitting area in Lobby also. Had Wifi, coffee maker, and place to hang or store luggage."

"Excellent location-an easy 5 minute walk to the Bennington Museum and downtown. Clean, comfortable room at an affordable price. I would definitely stay again."
