I had visa issues, so came two days later than planned; the hotel was understanding and helpful and really supportive. During the stay, the staff was super friendly and smiling trying to make their best to make me feel well cared for and looked after.

The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. Thank you for your excellent hospitality, and I hope to stay at Star Hotel again soon.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly customer service. Only downside is that there were few electricity trips during my stay. However, these typically got resolved within minutes. Overall, a great hotel to consider

Superb experience. I am very frequent guest in this property but every time, I got this WOW experience. Check in formalities completed in fraction of minutes Food was superb and in affordable price Upon entering the room , you will get a fruit platter and cookies as complementary Wonderful King size bed with all latest amenities with bathtub in rest room I told them to pack my breakfast as I had early morning check and they gave me wonderful sandwich, fruits and beverage in package Checkout process also took a minute time Staffs from all sections were very cordial and helpful and pay proper respect to guests. Really amazed with the service.
