"서비스: 서비스가 매우 세심했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원은 영어를 구사했고, 웰컴 드링크도 제공되었습니다. 전망도 정말 아름다웠습니다. 룸서비스를 주문했는데, 식사가 조금 늦게 나오긴 했지만, 대신 무료로 제공해 주셨습니다. 환경: 정말 아름답습니다. 청결: 매우 깨끗합니다. 시설도 완벽하고, 호텔 내 레스토랑도 맛있습니다. 강력 추천합니다."

"The hotel facilitates smoking on the balconies altho there is a NO SMOKING sign in the lobby. Balconies are just separated by a divider so sickening secondary smoke wafts onto adjacent and upper floor balconies and into rooms. In our case, the manager, Valantina, graciously asked the smoker couple to do so on the roof terrace, which they did, but there should be No Smoking areas on the roof terrace so no smoking guests can enjoy the view of Lake Como. Smoking should be prohibited on the balconies. It almost ruined our stay in this lovely setting. Bruce, Washington DC Oct. 2023."

"There is a big tree in the hotel yard, breakfast is good, the hotel does not have an elevator, the big box is not convenient to carry upstairs, go out and go down the stairs to the lake quickly."

"The apartment is in a great location, very beautiful, and the service is great. They sent a basket of food for breakfast, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The staff even let us use the swimming pool of another apartment building :)"

"Centrally located. Amazing place to stay. Modern apartments with pool right in the center of town. We were there five nights and would stay again if we visit Bellagio again. Everyone who worked there was wonderful. Thanks to Andrea and Syria for all of your information and always having a smile when we returned to the apartment. We wish the weather had allowed us to swim but the pool was lovely and even to just relax in the back was a treat. A MUST STAY if in Bellagio."
