저는 한국에서 훈련을 위해 두 달 동안 있었습니다 :) 호텔 골프장 모두 다 정말 힐링하기 딱 좋고 예쁜 거 같아요~~ 식당에 다양한 음식과 다양한 디저트가 많이 있고 맛있었습니다 레스토랑 Mizgin 직원분이 항상 밝게 웃으며 친절한 서비스 덕분에 기분이 좋았습니다 정말 감사합니다 호텔에 있는 헬스장에서 Olga 직원분한테 요가 수업을 받았었는데 힘든 요가도 열정적으로 재밌고 쉽게 알려주셨습니다 감사합니다 이렇게 좋은 호텔 머무르면서 여러가지 추억들 많이 만들고 갑니다~~

훌륭한 룸컨티션 충분한 어메니티 계속 채워지는 스낵바 다양한음식과 다양한디저트의 식당 탁구 볼링 수영장 사우나 바 테니스장 피트니스클럽등 다양한 부대시설 좋은호텔입니다 식당에서 mizgin직원의 밝은미소와 친절한 서버로 보다나은 식사 시간이 되었고 단한가지 식당의 조명이 어두워 보다 밝은 조명이면 더좋을것 같습니다 Olga.Rozhin요가선생님과Svetlana필라테스 선생님이 퀄리티 좋은 수업으로 호텔에 머무는 시간의 질이 향상되고 유익한 시간이었습니다

두달동안 이곳에 머물렀습니다. 우리는 작년에도 벨렉에 위치한 다른 리조트에 머물렀지만 이곳은 다른 호텔에 비해 방이 깨끗하고 따뜻합니다. 룸청소도 하루에 두번씩 해줘서 쾌적하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 음식은 항상 맛있고 따뜻하게 제공되었으며 특히 miggin이라는 여성직원이 항상 밝은 미소로 친절을 베풀며 기분 좋게 해주었습니다. 호텔내에 있는 휘트니스 룸에서는 요가,필라테스 수업이 진행되었는데 rozhin선생님이 열정적으로 정확한 자세를 지도해주셨고 olga선생님과 svetlana선생님도 매우 열심히 지도해주셨습니다. 또한 남자직원이 휘트니스 센터를 매우 깨끗하게 관리해주었습니다. 지내는 두달동안 기분좋은 추억을 만들어준 곳입니다.

한국에서 골프 훈련을 위해 약 두 달간 방문했습니다. 방도 너무 쾌적했고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 아침 저녁으로 식사 모두 훌륭했습니다. 특히 레스토랑 직원 중 Mizgin씨의 친절한 서비스에 감사합니다. 리셉션 직원 Kirill또한 좋은 친절에 감사합니다. 운동 시설 또한 만족하며, 생수와 수건 등 기본적인 준비물 또한 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 또한 피트니스 내 직원 모두 친절에 감사합니다. 비록 두 달간의 여정이 끝나 이제는 돌아가지만 좋은 추억을 많이 만들고 가는 것 같습니다.

이것은 사실 리뷰입니다. 저는 골프 훈련을 위해 두 달 동안 이 곳에 머물렀습니다. 호텔과 골프장 모두 최고였습니다. 호텔 직원들도 모두 친절하고 호텔 뷔페 음식도 맛있었습니다. 또한 아침마다 골프장으로 가는 버스 기사님이 매우 친절하셨고 pro shop 직원들, 식당 직원들 모두 친절했습니다. 그리고 매일 호텔에 있는 피트니스 센터를 방문했습니다. 카운터에 있는 직원은 항상 밝은 웃음으로 저를 맞이해 주었고 잃어버린 물건도 찾아주었습니다. 요가 선생님도 힘든 요가를 쉽게 알려주셨습니다. 이 호텔에 다시 머물 생각이 있습니다. 저에게 최고의 시간을 보내게 해주셔서 감사합니다.

저는 가족들과 한국골프팀과 같이 방문했습니다. 이 호텔은 너무 힐링하기좋아요.골퍼들을 위해 요가,필라테스프로그램이 있고 스파시설도 좋아요. 수영장도 너무 이뻐요.다만 겨울에 방문해서 실내 수영장에는 워터슬라이드가없어서 조금 아쉬웠지만 시설은 좋아요. 특히 요가프로그램에 Rozhin선생님과 머리 긴 요가선생님께서 제 몸상태에 맞춰서 요가운동을 해주셔서 덕분에 아픈허리가 많이 좋아지고있어요. 감사해요♡Rozhin선생님은 부드럽게 요가진행해주셔서 무리없이 잘하고있고 편안해요. 머리긴선생님은 조금 파워풀한데 그래도. 제 근력이 좋아질것같아요.한달동안 건강해져서 한국돌아갈것같아요. 음식도 맛있어서 많이 먹게되요. 살찌는게 걱정되지만 여기 디저트와 특히 버블 레스토랑 피쉬앤칩스랑 오믈렛이 너무 맛있어요. 골프장 퀘사딜라도 맛있구요. 시내에서 셔틀이 있으면 좋을것같아요. 시내나가기는 좀 어렵네요.그래도 여기서 한달있게되서 너무 좋아요. 좋은기억많이 만들수있을것같아 기대되요

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with how our group was treated during our recent, current stay at your hotel. We arrived on a Friday as a group of 26 and had an enjoyable experience until Tonight, Tuesday evening, While the lounge was open and the bar staff were happy to serve drinks, we were unexpectedly confronted by the General Manager when the noise level was deemed excessive. Unfortunately, rather than addressing the situation in a professional and constructive manner, the General Manager’s approach was aggressive and confrontational, which we found both unnecessary and unacceptable, one would say we felt afraid. Several members of our group had rooms above the adjacent bar, where loud music had been playing on previous nights without any intervention from hotel management. This inconsistency in handling noise complaints raises concerns about fairness and professionalism in guest relations. When I attempted to escalate this matter with customer relations and requested an email address to formally share my experience, I was given contact details that turned out to be invalid. Additionally, during my discussion, the Managing Director intervened in a manner that felt hostile, and he then shouted across the very lounge area we were pulled up on, demanded my room number. This interaction left me feeling threatened and deeply uncomfortable. I am truly disappointed that a hotel of your reputation would handle a situation in this manner. I expected a more professional and balanced approach to guest concerns. I would appreciate a formal response regarding this matter, as well as valid contact details to escalate my complaint if necessary.

We love this hotel for its excellent conditions for children, especially the kid’s (cornie) club, and have been here more than once. The kid’s club has delicious food, probably tastier than the main restaurant. but I want to express special gratitude to coach Svetlana, who teaches yoga, step aerobics, and Pilates. She was keeping training even if I was there alone. She treated me with care and gave me additional exercises, suitable for me. Also I attended a kengoo jumping couple of times, it was a very interesting experience, thanks a lot to coach Maria! Also thanks a lot to Demi, she’s a zoomba coach. She taught me and my child first steps in dancing. Wonderful memories and a useful experience!

This place is Quality with the best of everything you need to have an Amazing holiday. Book it with the confidence that you will not be dissapointed with any aspect of your holiday. Accomadation is first class. Beautiful spacious rooms with quality fittings are a delight and have everything you need for a luxurious break. Food is fabulous and the 24 hour restaurant is ideal for a peaceful dining experience. Lobby is luxurious with three bars to choose from. The dome bar by the pool hosts lunch and evening entertainment. The pier is another place to enjoy a drink while watching all the water sports during the day, it also has entertainment at night.

We returned to the Cornelia Diamond for the 14th time having had a four year gap due to my wife's ill health. My wife had a kidney transplant in August 2023 and it was always our hope that we would return. The staff were so welcoming especially Tatiana and all the guest relations team who just couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. The food, premium drinks and excellent service was just how we remembered it. The hotel, pool and beach areas are immaculate with staff constantly cleaning. We had a fantastic stay thanks to all the exceptionally friendly staff.

My review starts with contacting Cornelia Diamond prior to the holiday. As a disabled person I was lucky enough to get an adapted room near the lifts! (Thank you Kaan) Cornelia Diamond is an amazing resort. It's huge, spotlessly clean, and well managed. The staff are friendly and happy to help you with Anything! Always with a smile and greeting. Tips are always welcome. The beach is big and beautiful with it's own pier. Food is available 24/7 and the quality is extremely good. There are A la Carte's, but we preferred the main restaurant. Drinks are premium quality and very strong! The frozen Strawberry Margarita is sumptuous! If you are mobility challenged bring your wheelchair with you (no charge on the plane) As Cornelia Diamond is a big hotel. However it's all wheelchair accessible including the beach!

We just came home from our week holiday from Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort & Spa. It was a great experience. The hotel is very beautiful, the gardens are exquisite. We were visiting with 2 small children age 1 and 4. I was worried to travel with such small children, but this hotel proved me wrong. The Cornie Kids world is a fantastic center for children. It has the best restaurant for kids I seen in a hotel resort. The staff was amazing in the whole Resort. Smiling faces and helpful people. I did not encounter anything negative. The rooms were cleaned every day nicely and the minibar was always refilled amd included in the all inclusive. The main restaurant was great, so many options I didn't even checked everything. The BBQ pult was amazing. I always had a light dinner, because the sweets and cakes were so tempting and delicious. The waiter ISA made the dining experience with small kids way easier. He was helpful and very polite. Thanx again. The beach was huge, children friendly entry to the sea, clean sand and a lot of beach chairs. The shading was very good. The bars full with imported drinx and hardworking staff. The kids pool and the water slides was working twice a day, and it was more than enough. The lifeguards were very reliable and polite, even when my 4 year old was testing their patience. Great hotel and if we will have a posibility we will come back for sure. The resort is beautiful, but the staff made our holiday a great one. Thank you.

Just back from a week at this hotel. We went with friends as two couples the guys are about the golf, the girls are about the chill. The hotel is huge,and really lovely the staff are attentive and friendly. Pool areas are amazing and the whole place is kept immaculate. The shows are outstanding in the outdoor amphitheatre. Food quality is good and lots of choice. We ate one night in the foresters pub and this was a great experience also,£20 a head you can eat the whole menu if you choose and free flowing wine.we also used the spa wich is stunning,I had aromatherapy massage and I can honestly say one of the best I've had. The negatives...... Guys played golf at 7 a.m because of the heat.club house does not open until 12,no halfway house and if you choose to buy a drink or have fruit whilst on the course you have to pay???? The guys said the course was one of the best theve played but badly organised and felt rushed £100 a round and extre £35 for buggy. The hotel is so big that it would be nice to be given a map or layout so you can navigate your way around. Premium label spirits and they are certainly generous measures only problem is they pour tonic from large bottle and most of the time mine was flat so spoiled the drink. Last but certainly not least a huge thankyou to the vigilant lifeguard that pulled me out of the pool when I got totally wiped out coming off one of the water slides. On the whole a very positive experience. Thanks guys
