"Customer service was awful. They acted like they didn't want to be there. Not recommended that you hire relatives that don't do well with the public. The rooms smelled. Made reservations and when you get there it's not what pictures say. "

"7월 4일 주말에 여기에 머물렀습니다. 내 체류가 좋지 않았습니다. 방은 1번 복도에 있었습니다. 전혀 편안하지 않았습니다. 역겨운 헤드보드에 마른 것이 있었고 침대에서 소변 냄새가 났습니다. 수건과 시트에는 머리카락과 얼룩이 있었습니다. 담요 위에서 잠을 자야 했고 아침에 가장 먼저 남겼습니다. 그들은 이 호텔을 리모델링하기 위해 정말로 노력해야 하며 이중 언어 또는 영어를 구사하는 가정부를 찾을 수 있습니다. 정말 사진을 찍고 싶지만 다음에는 어디에나 머물기 전에 모든 리뷰를 확인하겠습니다."

"The hotel smelled like ********* when I got in the lobby to check in. The first room I was out in was not in compliance to what I made my reservation for. Also there was a hole in the wall as of someone was hiding something there. Me and my girlfriend just didn't feel comfortable at all. Very loud. No beverage machines and barely anything to snack on. Pictures were not hung up and the mirror was sitting on the floor. And like and behold my pregnant girlfriend went to the bathroom and there were used needles laying around. So then they switch my room next door and the same hole that was in the wall in the first room was also in the second room. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn't give me one. I must say that I was very displeased."

"My experience was ok at first until they moved us to another room because they said they wanted to finish remodeling the room we were in it was me and my grandbaby so they moved us to another room and it was horrible...The a/c didn't blow cold the a/c had a gap in it to where u can see straight outside it was also a patch of mold they must have forgot to paint over and we didn't even have a microwave on top of that the railing was loose and missing bars enough to fall to the ground so they sent someone and he did absolutely nothing and told us that they would come check it out at 9 that night and nobody came so we decided to just leave mind you the entire hotel only have about 10 rooms that's fully functional...Please don't waste your time nor your money going there..I would have gave no stars if I could"

"I had not been to the old Holidome since I was living in Beaumont as a youngster. It still looks good and beds were still comfy. Will stay again when I return home for happier times."
