'From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind.'

'호텔은 해변 근처에 있지만, 큰길로 분리되어 있어 아름다운 바다 전망을 제공하지는 않습니다. 주변에 상점이 없어서 호텔 레스토랑만 이용할 수 있습니다. 객실은 괜찮지만 교통이 매우 불편해서 택시를 꼭 이용해야 합니다.'

'Excellent hotel, in a great location. All staff a very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds and choice of pillows. Will definitely choose Vincci again.'

'장점: 바닷가에 위치해 있어 객실 창문에서 바다 전망을 감상할 수 있고, 수영장과 무료 스파 시설이 있습니다(저는 이용하지 않아 자세한 내용은 모릅니다). 단점: 객실에 들어서자마자 강한 냄새가 났고, 청결 상태는 그다지 좋지 않았습니다. 특히 화장실 일부는 제대로 청소되지 않은 곳도 있었습니다. 조식 메뉴는 제한적이었고, 조식 공간도 협소했으며, 자리를 잡으려면 줄을 서야 했습니다.'

'정말 좋은 곳이에요. 품질과 위치 대비 가격이 매우 저렴해요. 서비스가 좋고, 다른 손님의 소리가 들리지 않습니다. 꼭대기 층의 전망은 매우 멋지고 깨끗하며, 욕실은 흥미롭게 계획되었지만, 유리로 나뉘어져 있어서 모든 소리가 들립니다. 서비스가 좋았고, 모든 곳과 매우 가까웠습니다. 맞은편에 학교가 있고 번화한 도로가 있어 창문을 열어 놓는 것은 소리에 민감한 사람이 보기에 어려울 수 있습니다. 하지만 객실에 에어컨이 있어서 아무것도 열 필요가 없습니다. 나는 돌아올 것이다'
