I booked this hotel for one night online and reviews were generally good. However, the stove didn’t work, the hairdryer was broken, the microwave also. There were only 2 towels in the suite and to get more towels we would have had to “exchange” our towels. I sent a complaint to the online concierge and he/she said they would report it to the manager. Corporate should be aware of how bad their hotel is being run. Choose another hotel!
