"Unfortunately, our experience was not a positive one. We were assigned an attic room on the third floor without an elevator, accessible only by a very narrow staircase. It would have been appropriate to inform guests of this situation before arrival, especially for those traveling with luggage or who may have mobility issues. Furthermore, we decided to have breakfast for two for €24, but after seeing that the croissant was clearly not fresh and there was nothing else to eat, my husband and I decided not to have breakfast. When I asked for an explanation of the room and breakfast and expressed my disappointment, the only response I received was a simple "Désolé," with no attempt to find a solution or accommodate the guest. "The location and condition of the hotel itself were good, but one thing that happened after check out left me very disappointed with the hotel room management and service. We accidentally left two pairs of shoes in room 501 on the day of check-out, and the shoes were packed in a red Maxim paper bag. I found out just a few hours after checking out and immediately called the hotel and then emailed with very specific messages including room number, items and packaging. But the hotel replied that it was not found. What makes me particularly difficult to understand is that when we stayed in room 501, we found a pair of old shoes left by the previous guests in the closet, which seemed to have been there for a long time. This in itself made me wonder whether the hotel's housekeeping would carefully check the closet and other places. We reported missing two pairs of shoes only a few hours after we checked out, but we didn't find them. As we were leaving France for Italy soon, it was difficult to send even if found, so I did not continue to ask the hotel to find it. Two pairs of shoes are not very valuable items in themselves, but the whole experience left me very disappointed with the hotel's housekeeping and the lost property management. For a hotel of this grade, I think guests should be able to expect more serious, reliable room inspections and lost property management."

"가장 큰 장점은 훌륭한 가격의 3성급 호텔이 인근 건물에 위치한 4성급 호텔과 시설을 공유한다는 점입니다. 덕분에 더 비싼 호텔의 조식과 스파 시설을 함께 이용할 수 있습니다. 호텔 근처 거리에는 무료 주차 공간이 있습니다. 짐을 맡길 때 리셉션 직원이 지도로 위치를 알려주었습니다. 호텔 주차장도 유료(하루 12유로)이지만, 저희가 도착했을 때는 만차였습니다."
