'During my recent stay, I found the room to be modern and comfortable. However, a persistent sewer-like odor from the bathroom significantly impacted my experience. Despite running the exhaust fan continuously, the smell remained, causing considerable discomfort and affecting the overall ambiance of the room. The breakfast offerings were limited, likely due to low occupancy at the time, which is understandable. While the quality was satisfactory, the selection left me desiring more variety and flavor. The staff was courteous and accommodated my orders by the pool, though the service was somewhat slow. On a positive note, the cocktail was enjoyable, the pool area provided excellent views, and the beach was delightful. In summary, the unpleasant odor in the bathroom overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the guest experience.'

'Has 2 or 3 small pool with a slide. Bfast was local dish. We only stayed 1 night. Got a wrist band to go to their sister resort close by to checkout the beach and resto. As usual staff was excellent. Will return again'

'maganda ang location nila along the road lang ,lalo para sa mga riders katulad namin madaling hanapin if nagabuhan sa daan. may restaurant na din sila kaya very convenient ang problem lang is yung kumot nila for couple daw ay super liit parang kumot ng toddler, so you have to pay another 200 php for a larger blanket,isang towel lang din bini*** nila for couple so you have to ask pa sa restaurant pero free naman yung towel.'

'The room is good, smell nice and spacious.the bed is comfy.no view but you can book rooms with window view. The shower and bathroom is spacious. But you need to wash your bum with dipper because the bidet spray is connected to the shower but all in its nice to stay here in travelite express la union.😁 the staffs are friendy.When your using the elevator going up the staff need beep a card to use the elevator but going down no need. 🫠'

'I really had a wonderful stay at Aureo. Upon check in, at first, I thought the resort was beautiful but does not have a wow factor until I tried all the loop pool and the other amenities and it changed my whole perspective! The resort was amazing especially the loop pool which I did enjoy a lot. No wonder the hotel is so hype. Thanks also to trip.com for the easy booking. It was so smooth and I did not encounter any problem with the process. Trip.com also offered a way cheaper rate compared to other booking apps because of big discounts and cashbacks. My birthday became so unforgettable because of this. I will definitely go back!'
