"Have visited this hotel on regular basis, this is first time dissatified. Receptionist had ro be told that we were waiting. Efficient but attitude almost rude. Room was next to motorway hence very noisy. Neither locks on door worked. On good side clea liness and food met the standards we have come to expect. We prefer to book via your website which proved very difficult and was constantly directed to vio? site which your receptionist said she always uses them as they are A LOT CHEAPER. Not good recommendation for accord."

"Breakfast is fight for what's left at grab a snack on a morning - holes in the curtains - stains in the bathroom. Super friendly staff but have to wait for them to finish chatting to eachother first appreciate that but some of us are also working aswell. Towels wasn't enough in room asked for some had to go back down and re ask to carry them myself - shower gel empty asked refill never happened stayed two nights more of a bedsit"
