'숙소는 주요 도시에서 조금 떨어져 있으며 도시로 돌아올 수 있는 옵션이 거의 없습니다. 빠른 o와 우버 타기도 이용할 수 없었고 호텔 방 청소도 제대로 이루어지지 않았고 AC도 제대로 냉각되지 않았습니다.'

'We loved this property and its location of course. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast also. And the roof top is very nice and neat with an amazing view of marine drive. And the staffs are very helpful . Special mention to Mr. Pravakar. He helped a lot with our luggage and he helped our seniors also. Thank you'

PPANCHALAs a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!

리리뷰어Though this hotel is outside the city but it's beside the highway and very easy to reach and if you check in there you feel cosy and comfortable. Excellent services with a very neat and clean room with all facilities available. Taste, quality and quantity of the food was awesome.

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

리리뷰어I had booked a very budget friendly standard AC room for single occupancy, it's a small cozy room sufficient for one person with attached bathroom, TV, AC, large mirror and a small wardrobe. They provided a half liter water bottle complimentary and promptly served me a hot cup of tea and two biscuits on request. Since, I was already too tired to go out to get anything, they arranged for a guy who took my order and got me all my stuff and took a minimal delivery charge. Their staff Nimai is a very genuine person who paid for all my stuff in cash from his pocket and asked me to pay back just once only when he was leaving for the day. The hotel is clean, lobby smells good and even has a public urinal incase if someone has to use after checkout or before checkin and to my surprise, even that was clean and nicely maintained. They give clean towels, 2 thick blankets, soap and shampoo. Overall I had a peaceful night after a tiring day just the way anyone would want. Since the hotel is on the service road to GT Road, I was saved from the noisy environment at bazaar which is 200 mts away from this hotel. Thank you Nimai, you're doing a fabulous job 🙏🙏🙏
