Ores Boutique Hotel

In my room there was no hanging device for the toilet paper, nor a closet for clothes and equipment and not any cabinet so I had to use the sofa instead. On the other hand, the staff was nice and helpful. The location is good and the spa is lovely. Wall are very thin and you can hear anything... A 5 star hotel? Are you serious?

We had a fantastic stay at Ores Boutique Hotel! The hotel itself is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sauna and pool were amazing, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection for everyone. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially with our kids. Kids loved the kids room! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! The location is perfect too—just a 2-minute walk to the gondola and a short stroll to the main town with all its restaurants. The fireplace out front added a cozy touch to our experience. Five stars all around!

The worst hotel experience we ever had. The staff is lazy, rude and not helpful. Rooms are ok, but the services are a nightmare. The spa is dirty. We booked a massage and it was the most horrifying experience- the masseuse was talking to herself throughout the massage, making weird noises, cracking her jaw, licking her lips - absolutely the worst ever. We ordered room service. Food came and the waiter dropped a fork on the floor then put it right back on the table. When asked to change the fork he acted like nothing happened. Breakfast is basic, cutlery is dirty and when asked to change it the waiter pretended there was nothing wrong. The decorations in the hotel are kitsch. Everything about it is wrong. 2 stars at best.

All the negative comments are actually real and pay attention to it and don’t overpay for this hotel because it’s not a 5* hotel. Service is for a 2* and the facility for a 4*. I even don’t know where to start as I am super disappointed with the hotel. The only good things are the location (close to gondola), the dinner with the waiter and the cleaning lady Roza. The rest is a real disaster. Breakfast- food very average, cold food (omelette was cold) and there was a rotten orange in bowl for a several days. The guy at the breakfast is rude - my partner was sick and I injured my toe so I asked him to arrange a breakfast in the room - he said I’m more that free to take it from the buffet by myself. Even to not mention there is one elevator for the entire hotel with the staff included- so I was waiting 15 mins with the plates in my hand. The receptionist was laughing at me when I asked him about the activities to do in Bansko. On check in- check out, no one asked us for to help us with a luggage. Cleanliness is really not their main thing. The room itself was spacious and warm, but the plugs for example were falling out of the wall. I will never go back to this hotel and I will do a better research on the hotels in Bansko to not overpaid.

The hotel has excellent location -close to ski lift, slopes, center, restaurants and shops. Supermarket is opposite the entrance. Spacious, modern and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly! Due to family reasons we changed the dates of our booking, the hotel management was extremely kind and helpful in this situation. Transfers from/to the airport were also very good!

This hotel is in a great location with a short 5 minute walk (in ski boots) to the lift. The rooms are relatively spacious and decorated nicely. However the shower is set out like a wet room which means you can not use the bathroom after showering unless you want to get soaking wet feet and slip and slide everywhere. The bathroom tap leaked all over the surface and onto the floor which isn’t ideal. Nice complementary products in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t anything to shout about and the staff in the restaurant were extremely rude. My partner went up to the bar to ask for some drinks one afternoon and it was like he had made the most unreasonable request they’d ever heard! Overall the staff in the hotel weren’t friendly or particularly accommodating. Spa staff very nice and i had a lovely hot stones massage and the pool was lovely. Overall wouldn’t be back.
