Very spacious room. Garden view was great. We had little uncomfort with few things but the staffs were very helpful to resolve them. Great service and excellent breakfast.

This place is so welcoming with wonderful ambience and amenities. Good place to stay with friends and family.

The key card was not working in the whole hotel due to software issue. I was waiting for my door to open for 1. 5 hrs

During my recent stay, I had a mixed experience with the rooms and amenities, particularly regarding the Executive rooms compared to the Premium rooms. Starting with the Executive room, I found it highly disappointing and, frankly, not worth the price. The room felt outdated and poorly maintained, with shabby furniture and an overall worn-out look. The dim lighting and musty smell made the space feel unwelcoming, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect, with cracked tiles and rusted fixtures. Given the price tag of the Executive room, I expected far better quality, comfort, and luxury. The condition of the room was unreasonable for the amount charged, and it simply didn't live up to what one would expect from a higher-tier option. On the other hand, my stay in the Premium room was a completely different and much more pleasant experience. The room was modern, spacious, and well-kept, with elegant décor and comfortable furniture. It felt clean and fresh, with bright lighting and a well-ventilated atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless, with up-to-date fixtures and a stylish design. For the price, the Premium room offered fantastic value. The amenities and comfort far exceeded expectations, making it a smart and satisfying choice. The breakfast was another aspect that could use significant improvement, especially for non-vegetarian guests. The only non-veg item on offer was boiled eggs, which were unfortunately overcooked. The lack of variety in non-veg options was surprising, especially when many hotels of similar stature offer a range of choices like sausages, bacon, or scrambled eggs. The limited selection was disappointing, and a more balanced menu would greatly enhance the dining experience. In conclusion, while the Premium rooms offer excellent value for money with modern comforts, the Executive rooms are overpriced and fall far below expectations. The management should consider updating the Executive rooms to align with their premium pricing and expand the breakfast options to cater to non-veg guests better. If you're planning to stay, opt for the Premium rooms for a much better experience.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room was not clean; i found hair in the bathroom and dust on the surfaces. The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep, and the heating system was either too hot or too cold. Additionally, the staff were unhelpful when i raised my concerns, which only added to my frustration. I expected a much better experience for the price i paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Big room but basic amenities missing. No mini fridge. Nice helpful staff and good service. However not worth the price we paid for the big room

Did not hon-our the booking. Claimed the hotel to be full / sold out. But, makemytrip helped with a nearby hotel of my choice of the same amount.

My room was in the premium room so it was quite big in size and the cleanliness was too good, but the balcony was not cleaned properly. There are room service issues, they don't have room service between 3pm to 6pm, their kitchen remains close this time. Also you won't get tea after 10 am in the room & anything after 10:30 pm. According to the hotel policies mentioned in mmt, it was not the same, they don't allow guests more than 1 hour and after 7 pm in the room and if they stay then the amount has to be paid for one person. This hotel doesn't provide early check in and late check-out, visit without expecting this. Otherwise the hotel is too good.
