Great 4 star hotel in affordable rate..rooms are really big. Check in check out process could be make easy and convenient..food was exceptionally good..

Good with this budget

It could be really good, but it isn't. The lobby and restaurant are soleless and lacking atmosphere. They have the same piano track on loop 24/7, and trust me, it will drive you crazy if you spend any time in there. The evening meal was okay. The breakfast not so good. The fresh omelette is nice, but every else is below par. It is also very warm and uncomfortable in the mornings. Check-in took so long it,was ridiculous. You pay on arrival and then pay for anything else on departure. When you are staying on business , it is really annoying to have to do this twice. We used the gym. It was okay for a hotel gym, but again, it was incredibly warm. The Pool isn't used much, but it looked okay. The room is comfortable. They are a bit tired and need updating, but overall, they are fine. However, when you arrive and you let yourself in to a hot room, it doesn't set a good first impression. To make this hotel good it would not take too much effort. 1st action - get rid of the piano track!!!!

We recently chose Fortune Select Trinity to host our international friends and family and to hold a cocktail sangeet party for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with the event. They worked with us well in advance and with our wedding planner to create exactly the event we imagined. The food was excellent and varied, the staff professional and flexible, and our guests had an incredible time. We highly recommend for your next group event!

Pleasant Experience.Nice location,Clean room,budget friendly.Staff is also very courteous especially Mr.Ranjan Dulal who is very humble and attentive.Highly recommendable.Overall we had a very nice stay at fortune select trinity.

I've stayed at this hotel totaling 2 work trips spanning over 3 months combined. To be honest, I would not choose any other hotel in this area for such long stays given that I do care a lot about my comfort. The rooms are well maintained and complimented by the excellent room services available here. The food competes with the international standards, and I was quite satisfied with the a la carte menu. To top it all off, the staff over here are extremely well behaved and will go extends to help you out with any of your needs. To exemplify, when I came in for My stay the full hotel was booked for 2 days within my staying period. The staff was able to ***age and inform me of a cancellation and I didn't have to change hotels or my room. I can't help but mention Shobita, the customer facing individual ***** with Ramya, and Joydeb who ensured all of my needs were met. As I was staying for a prolonged period of time, Shobita ***aged a room upgrade and discounts on food as well. With all that being said, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here in the white field area.

Warm welcome by reception team. I reached late, staff members assisted me in deciding my dinner plate. Breakfast options are really good, chefs has really taken care of stomach:) Overall it has been a very nice stay at Fortune Select Trinity.

Excellent place to stay with all required facilities. Very supportive staff to take care of your requests. Location is also good with immediate access to Metro station providing ease of connectivity to other locations. Overall a good place to stay.
