Excellent customer service. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Special thanks to Ms Shilpa and Ms Nisarga for their kind assistance. The rooms are spacious. The quality of food is good. The staff is very cooperative and they helped me in every possible aspect.

We stayed for 3days in the hotel The room was clean and spacious and neatly maintained , reception staffs behaviour was polite with very nice hospitality ,they helped us to know abt the local places . Food service staffs was good all over our stay was awesome

Rooms are very good and clean and Front office people are responding so well with friendly nature........ Hotel is too good with Calm environment........ House keeping boy Rahul so good...... Again I will be visiting soon....................

I have visited this hotel 5 th time .The hotel is very ambiance and on time house keeping and good staff , arranging in time transportation. Good coordination and laundry service also good . Bedrooms are very very nice designed. 24*7 reception availability is very good . I would really recommend 5 star for this hotel I would like to appreciate Mr Sunil & Mr Sreekanth staff really gives good hospitality service . Approaching the customers with smile face always replying politely with calm. It's been 5 times visited always this people shows great respect.moreover just want to say always choose ARNA for memorable stay at Namma Bengaluru!!

I would like to thank you Arna Hotel that My stay was very enjoyable. The very large, clean & comfortable . The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. The lobby, hotel premises are clean, spacious, well decor. The food was very tasteful & delicious . I found the Reception Staff Mr Sunil Kumar very friendly and willing to help with a smile. all F&B Staff at restaurant was good & attentive. All of you arna team keep it up so that we can come visit again soon..... ✌

Good service front office members Sunil,Nisarga,Hritik were the most wonderful ones with kind and humble nature..Dine in area rahul and bibhu were the good customer service guys who performed their work very clean and neat.. Restaurant manager-SUBRATH good behaviour person with kind heart..He treats everyone great with his smile always..Often i will always get positive vibes with them..good and clean rooms and dine in area..service people's were awesome..

I had Stayed at Arna Hotel Bangalore from 3rd March,24 to 16th March,24 .. Solo for my work purpose .. Their things were pretty good .. But i would like to Appreciate Hotel Staff Mr. Shubrata who was Excellent in his Service, I had seen the Best Customer Service from him, He used to arrange Special Lunch daily for me in Morning till the day i stayed at the property .. He was very Polite, Customer Centric, Excellent Experience .. Best service .. I would like to Rate him 10/10 .. I feel like home because of him .. Thank you so so much Mr. Shubrata for your excellent service 💯💯

I was staying as a Business Traveller in this Hotel and had wonderful time. Rooms are clean, hygenic , staff was friendly , warm and hospitable, the quality of the food was average. Location was easily accessible by car. Room was very small but clean. Breakfast was also good. Overall nice!
