The location and ambience of this resort is too good. As the name says heritage, infrastructure is antique but there is a difference between antique and destroyed. We observed that though the place was peaceful and tranquil but there is no cleanliness and less maintenance of such a beautiful property. The rooms were untidy, the washroom was a mess. The swings were broken and the boating pool was full of rubbish. The service was also a bit slow. I suggest, that a true heritage place like this requires time to time maintenance. I hope, the owner of this resort will pay attention to my views and make this a better place. However the restaurant service and ambience was good. Overall the hotel was a good place to stay with kids and have family fun.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around.MR.Bodhraj(manager) is very helpful and has good nature. ❣️❣️❣️

We (two adults and three children) stayed from 20th April 2024 to 24th April 2024. This is a very beautiful resort. Those who love to explore wonderful greenery and nature from close should visit this resort. We got to enjoy our stay in their beautiful Tala suite cottage with duplex room close to the wonderful green valley, mountain and beautiful forest. From various fun activities to trekking, they have everything and the food is also very delicious. The entire staff is very humble and helpful. When we visit manali next time again, I am going to book this resort again. Special thanks to Mr. Lal Singh(care taker of the resort) for taking good care of us during our stay. :-)

We have booked 2 rooms with them in december. The bedsheets were dirty, the flush was not working, the commode was not working. Rooms service was the worst and the food prices were double. The high light was during the peak winter season it's hotels duty to provide the heater and it's included in the room rent in all the hotels. But the owner charged us 450- per night extra, we had no other option and we paid. There is nothing near the hotel, so don't waste your money on them, you can get much better hotels in manali.

The resort is located in Laps of Himalayas and charming ambience. Well developed resort having artistically designed rooms. Food is deliciously prepared and authentic taste . All things well managed, services are excellent and staff is amazing.

Excellent location, beautiful views and clean rooms made the stay very comfortable. The property is pretty big, picturesque and ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Food was delicious and was served with personal touch.
