'서비스는 어땠나요? 서비스 팁 탑! 고객 서비스 관리자인 Mr Rafizan에게 감사드립니다. 훌륭한 전망, 좋은 방. 하지만 유일한 문제는 화장실이 너무 미끄럽고 어린이, 임신한 엄마, 노인에게 안전하지 않다는 것입니다(저는 어린 아이들을 데리고 갑니다). 우리 같은 어른도 쓰러질 때가 많습니다. 시설은 어떻습니까? 시설이 좋다. 키즈클럽에는 에어컨도 없고 선풍기만 있었어요. 꽤 혼잡해요. 음식은 맛있게 드셨나요? 저녁 뷔페는 좋고 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 하지만 우리 가족은 아침 식사에서 나쁜 경험을 했습니다. 나시 레막의 계란은 상했고 맛이 쓴 로티 차나이는 쓴 맛이 나서 이상했습니다.'

'Great Location and Convenience The hotel was nice and very conveniently located—just a short walk to the KTM station. There are plenty of nearby options for food and drinks, including cafes, kopitiams, mamak stalls, and local shopping. Everything is within walking distance, which made our stay really easy and enjoyable.'

'Book this hotel for its location for attending class nearby. The booking was easy with Trip.com at a very good price. Only street parking is available for this hotel. There are many different restaurants (Chinese, Western, Korean, deseert bar) and a few pubs around this area. Selected a twin-bed room with a window. The room looks clean and neat. Just the naminated flooring is not in good shape. There is a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, but no fridge. The toilet amenities are complete with body and hair shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cab, and razor. All our daily hygiene needs are here. Hence, save the hassle of bringing it. The front desk staff is friendly too. Overall, I was happy with the booking and the stay in this hotel'
