매우 복고풍 통나무 스타일, 객실은 매우 조용하고 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 쿠타 해변 맞은편에 바와 레스토랑 거리가 가깝습니다. 다음 날 숙박을 연장하고 싶었지만 예약이 꽉 찼습니다. 유일하게 아쉬웠던 점은 통나무 스타일입니다. 4종 세트에 약간의 얼룩이 있었다는 점인데, 그거면 돼요. 제가 침대에 너무 집착해서 깨끗하게 세탁이 안 되서 손전등으로 확인해봤는데 9점 깨끗했어요.

기본룸 예약하였으며, 퀸베드 + 넓은소파가 있었습니다. 성인2 아이 1명이라 배우자와 아이의 쾌적한 수면을 위해 넓은 소파에서 잤는데요, 침구류가 없어서 좀 불편했습니다. 수건덮고 잤네요.. 룸컨디션은 깔끔한편이였으며 눅눅한 느낌은 없었습니다. 밤 9시부터 라이브공연이 있는데 창문 다 닫았음에도 불구하고 소리가 꽤 크게 들려서.. 상당히 불편했습니다. 리조트내 인프라는 상당히 관리가 잘되고 있으며 수영장은 역시 너무 좋았습니다. 조식은 가짓수가 좀 부족한편이였습니다.

로비에서 수영장과 바다뷰가 시원하게 보이는 뷰가 정말 아름답습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고 객실 상태도 청결히고 좋습니다. 그렇지만 샤워헤드 및 필터는 필수로 챙기셔야 할것 같습니다. 발리 및 쉐라톤 리뷰를 보니 수질에 대한 얘기가 많았습니다. 힘들게 필터를 현지에서 구매했지만 사용불가능…전 의지의 한국인 입니다. 울며 겨자먹기로 필터를 분리해서 객실 샤워기에 설치했습니다. 두번 샤워 후 교체하기 위해 열었더니 정말 하얗던 필터가 시커먼 갈색으로 변해 있었습니다. 몇일 사용하는데 큰 지장은 없겠지만 확실히 필터 사용 전과 후는 느껴졌습니다. 발리에서 3일 지내면서 두피며 몸이며 따끔거림과 간지러움이 계속되서 후기 찾아보니 수질이 이유 일 듯하여 필터처리 했더니 남은 일정은 나름 괜찮게 보냈습니다. 발리 여행 오시는 분들 꼭 샤워헤드와 필터 추천합니다.

Amazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

호텔이 지어진지 꽤 됐음에도 불구하고 전체적인 관리상태는 꽤 괜찮고 엘리베이터도 있습니다. 프론트 데스크는 더 조용한 공공 수영장을 향한 객실로 객실을 업그레이드하는 데 도움을 주었습니다. 공공 수영장은 넓고 깨끗하며 시간 제한이 없습니다. 무료 픽업 및 드롭오프 서비스가 제공되며, 아침 식사는 다양한 선택이 가능한 뷔페입니다. 전체적인 객실 위생 상태도 좋습니다. 꾸따 해변과 매우 가까워 도보로 6분 정도 소요되며 일몰을 감상하기에 적합합니다. 주변에 음식점과 편의점이 많아 매우 편리합니다. 작은 문제가 있습니다. 콘센트가 침대협탁에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 괜찮습니다.

Everything was meticulously arranged by the Alaya Dedaun team, from the airport transfer to our daily breakfast arrangements, and they were very accommodating as our tour driver had to pick us up very early in the morning. The villa is very well maintained and the general condition is very clean and hygienic. Everything you need is provided at the villa. The room service is also very decently priced. Food quality is good. Breakfast is served by our pool every morning. Location is very convenient, can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Lots of convenient stores around. We will definitely be back again.

The location is the main attraction for this hotel. It is just opposite to Kuta Beach. It is in the center which we can find easy to have a walking around kuta. One thing is that we got confused or hotel didn't provided proper information in Expedia. We booked the hotel just it is near to beach and with the swimming pool. But when we were about to check-in the Receptionist told us that our room was assigned in the ground floor and moreover we found there was no window in the room. But it was our fault of not checking properly in the internet. Because they had the 2 building under same hotel name and the one we choose was mid-range and other was luxury.Breakfast was super and the rooftop swimming pool, we enjoyed there. Rooms were clean and the service was excellent.

The Hotel really is a calm retreat from the loud and vibrant Kuta, which is rather suprising as it is located only 100m from the crowded Kuta Beach and the touristic Jl. Pantai Kuta. The little bungalows in Bali-typic design are surrounded by trees and green, well appointed and spacy. Enjoying the splatter of fountains and the green around the pools at the center really make you feel like being in an oasis. This atmosphere is also created by the hotel staff, that is exceptionally friendly and caring! So if you are seeking to have some relaxing and careless days at the pool(-Bar) - as the predominantly australian guests with average 50+ years do - or would like to recover from partying in Kuta in peace, this is your hotel!

This hotel never fails to amazed me with their warm service and helpful staff. starting from reservation confirmation, check-in process and my departure, all staffs showed a great deal of true warm hospitality. As the privilege of my platinum membership, they gladly upgraded my room to suite room. It was one great experience. Their suite room located uniquely near the pool with a great view to the famous Kuta Beach. The room itself is spacious, clean and comfy. One thing missing was, they didn't cater alcoholic beverages as welcome drink for platinum member.. LOL...

Amazed how obliging the staff were. Bogart went out of his way to organise for an item I’d left at the previous hotel to be brought to this one. This was done within an hour and at a fraction of the cost of replacing that item. He could not have been more helpful or friendly. Also Darma was a great help. The room was clean and cool. The pool was delightful. The staff made this stay memorable.

좋은 위치, 합리적인 가격의 바가있는 멋진 수영장. 개선이 필요합니다 - 방의 바닥은 젖었을 때 매우 미끄럽습니다 (목욕 / 샤워 / 해변에 가지 않으면 문제가되지 않습니다 / 수영장을 사용 ...). 여기에 머무르면 노인 / 어린 아이들이 돌봐야 할 것입니다. 리셉션 직원은 전혀 친절하지 않았습니다. 발리에서 처음으로 이것을 경험했습니다. 아침 뷔페는 집에 쓸 것이 없었습니다. 너무 익힌 / 덜 익은 제품이 많이 있습니다. 이 지역에 동등/더 나은 시설을 갖춘 더 나은 가격이 있는 장소가 있습니다.
