모든 것이 괜찮았습니다. 직원 모두 친절했습니다.

꾸따 광장과 가깝고 직원들이 친절하고 매우 훌륭했으며 모든 것이 마음에 들었습니다.

I stayed there last week, after the lapse of 3 years. Glad that this hotel survived the hard times. Initially i was unhappy with minor water disruptions but finally I understood it was due to very difficult issue. The Owner was so sincere and hard working. I will rate the service 5 stars. I hope more guests will return to this hotel for long stay. Its location is convenient and nearby there are many convenient shops and restaurants. I will definitely come back and stay here. I will also encourage all my friends to stay here if visiting Bali and planning to stay in Kuta are.

The Ozz hotel is a fantastic affordable,clean and friendly place to stay. The rooms are good size with balconies and all surround the pool. I have breakfast brought to my room each morning that is included in the price. Yummy fresh omelettes or eggs any way I want,fresh fruit and juice. There is more on the breakfast menu but these are my favourites. Staff even bring me fresh mango smoothies in the afternoon ( mango’s picked fresh from the tree) Highly recommend the hotel. The hotel is close to Kuta beach,restaurants and shops. Sadly many shops/restaurants have closed due to covid but those that have survived are open. You won’t be disappointed by this budget friendly hotel… You can also book directly with the hotel 🙏

員工很友好，很樂於助人。房間很大，很乾凈。酒店還有個很棒的泳池。酒店離庫塔海灘、庫塔中心區域、庫塔藝術市場、購物商圈、海灘步行廣場、 Matahari商店還有清真餐廳都很近。無論我什麼時候來巴厘島，我還會再來這裏住的。感謝這家酒店的好客。
