체크인 시간을 제외하면 프론트 데스크 서비스가 그다지 세심하지 않다는 느낌이 듭니다. (체크인하는 사람이 너무 많고, 모두 15시에 객실 카드를 받기 위해 기다리고 있기 때문입니다.) 다른 서비스도 다 좋고 방도 너무 좋고 편안하고 욕조도 크고 발코니에 큰 소파도 있는게 장점입니다. 호텔에 수영장도 있고 해변도 있고 자전거도 탈 수 있어요. 아이를 동반한 가족이 많아 매우 활기가 넘칩니다. 아침 식사 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. Good location, excellent design, wonderful service staff. Some amenities in need of replacement/small repairs (eg. rain shower head clogged, rattan chair nails jutted out). Housekeeping overlooked minor details but not serious (eg. didn’t count wineglass before we checked in and asked us about it when we checked out). The pool is wonderful, the AC strong, Netflix abounds, although that night bird song we could do without; but nature-friendly is the Balinese nature after all. Overall great value for a short vacation with friends. Highly recommended!

좋은 숙박! 하얏트는 절대 실망시키지 않습니다. 호텔은 공항에서 차로 약 30분 거리에 있습니다. 확인하는 동안 방이 준비될 때까지 꽤 기다렸고 프론트 데스크 직원은 견적을 줄 수 없었고 대신 whatsapp 알림을 기다리라고 요청했습니다. 오후에는 너무 더워서 리셉션 앞에서 기다렸습니다. 그런 다음 게스트 관계의 누군가가 나타나 사용 가능한 객실로 업그레이드를 제공했습니다. 몸짓에 감사하십시오. 레스토랑은 절대적으로 훌륭합니다. 1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

We had a great stay at this hotel but there were issues. I am writing this review as clearly as positive to help you weigh the negatives with the positives, as the value for money WAS excellent. GREAT THINGS The staff are fabulous. You can't beat the location. Right on the main strip of restaurants and next door to Artesedana (old Hardys), so you can buy all the water, drinks and fresh food you need. We had a cabana room and it was exactly as portrayed. Loved our plunge pool and the super comfy lounger chairs. Plenty of pool towels available. This is one of the few Bali hotels I have eaten at that does cakes really well. The breakfast didn't have massive selection, but everything was well cooked and tasty. Room service meals were great too. I am also mindful that any other hotel could offer a plunge pool room with breakfast in a main location for anywhere near the price we paid. It was excellent value for money. NEGATIVES Our king bed was so awful. It was on a wooden base which creaked loudly every time you moved. It also swayed with even the slightest movement, so not great sleep there. It might be worth considering getting twin share so that at least you don't wake each other up all night simply moving. It is very noisy. There were 3 dogs in the laneway behind our room who barked all night. Not intermittent barking, constant barking. There was one night in our 8 night stay where they only barked for a few hours and thankfully went silent - but barked the rest of the evenings. I wore 34db earplugs every night and the dogs still kept me awake. I don't know what was being moved in the rooms above us, but it sounded like furniture was being dragged on and off most of the night. I was incredibly loud and woke us both each time - even me wearing earplugs. The hallways are also very noisy. The internet access is unsecured and you constantly have to keep logging back on, which made it difficult to do work while we were on holidays. Not a negative - but keep in mind this is a low-service hotel in that there is no pool bar and no service at the pool, no money exchange offered (although there is a great money changer directly over the road). This didn't worry us, but could be disappointing for anyone wanting the pool bar experience. CONCLUSION On the whole, I still consider the room was excellent value for money and I enjoyed my stay. Probably wouldn't go back - just because sleep is an important part of the holiday and it was so noisy!

Everything about our stay at Akaya was perfect. All of the staff were very friendly and happy to assist with any requests. The room was kept extremely clean. Special mention to Putra and Ayu who looked after us and we loved the towel art. We had breakfast included and the selection available was great, the meals and coffee are delicious. Staff at the Cafe were also amazing. This is a very reasonably priced hotel and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in a central Sanur location close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The most beautiful staff moved Heaven and Earth to ensure that our altered holiday situation- me in pain and using crutches- did not affect our holiday experience. Taman Agung had comfortable rooms, we stayed in two rooms, hot shower, comfortable bed and relaxing balcony for each room which encouraged holidays to speak to each other. The two pools were set in beautiful gardens, the hotel was close to dining and entertainment venues, and taxi drivers all knew the hotel. Bluebird taxi only please. Our stay was relaxing and quiet and we would love to return for the fair price.
