There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. • OTHER AMENITIES • The home comes with a washer, dryer, free high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs for your streaming apps, (use your own account for streaming apps). HOUSE RULES • This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards a deep cleaning of the property. • CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking. • CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes. • SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300. Smoking is only permitted by the fire pit.  • BBQ GRILL: An extra charge of $100 will apply for not cleaning after using the BBQ Grill. • NOISE: Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM-8 AM. You are advised to keep in mind that this property is located in a quiet, private neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an initial $300 fine and a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, but are not limited to, using unauthorized amplification devices, a general lack of decorum, screaming and yelling, excessive vehicular noise, and over occupying the rental property with unauthorized guests. • DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Excessive damage to the property will have a liability of up to $5000. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. There will be a $200 charge for lost keys.
