Good design and natural light meet seamlessly with tile, hardwood, and stone. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook. Warm radiant heat oak floors, a dishwasher, chilled filtered water, sound system, and art bring scrambling eggs to a new level.Climbing the stairs to the main residential floor leads to a large open room facing a real fireplace and library with two adjacent bedrooms and a pocket view deck of the Animas Valley. Leaving this room takes the visitor to the media room with a surround sound system, dining view deck, and large communal bath including warm tile floors and a 7 foot fisherman's claw foot soaking tub. The smart TV allows you to stream movies from your favorite account or you can use our large DVD library to entertain young and mature alike.
