Cosy, historical 3-family house from the 17th century. In the centre of Schwalenberg, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 7 km from the lake, 20 m from the stream. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop 6 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 20 m, bakery, café 100 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Schieder" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Externsteine 25 km, Hermannsdenkmal 26 km, Welterbe Corvey 28 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: SchiederSee (Stausee) 7 km. Please note: car recommended. "Ferienhaus Born", 8-room house 273 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor. Tasteful furnishings: living room 19 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen). The both saunas are infrared cabins. PLEASE NOTE: The holiday home is the combination of the three apartments DE3285.110.1 and DE3285.110.2 as well as DE3285.110.3.
'This house was very conveniently arranged. We could use the entire house which we have gratefully used. Each room was nicely decorated and there was sufficient furniture and equipment. Only downside (but we knew that in advance) was the lack of a garden.'
